First, regarding the prescription experience, if your glasses feature our multifocal or progressive lenses, it is completely normal to find certain zones (like long distance) more challenging at first. These lenses combine multiple focus areas, and it typically takes a 7 to 14-day adaptation period for your eyes and brain to naturally adjust to looking through the correct part of the lens for each distance. We highly recommend wearing them consistently for a few more days to allow your vision to stabilize.

Second, regarding the transition feature, our lenses are light-sensitive and are activated specifically by direct UV (ultraviolet) rays, not just regular sunlight. Please note that if you are testing them inside a car, most modern car windshields have built-in UV blockers, which will prevent the lenses from changing color. We suggest trying them outside in direct, open sunlight to see the full transition effect.
