I don’t usually write reviews, but people need to know what they’re getting into with Manlyshirt. The items they advertise look like high-quality, stylish pieces. What actually arrives is absolute junk.

The photos on their site are completely misleading. The materials are cheap, the stitching is sloppy, and the overall look is nothing like what’s shown online. It’s like ordering a premium clothing and getting a Halloween costume version of it instead.

They refused to issue a refund, but instead sent a replacement item. I’m pretty sure that’s because the total amount I paid ($99) is still less than the combined value of the two items, so it’s cheaper for them to ship more low-quality merchandise than to actually give customers their money back.

Overall, the experience felt like a bait-and-switch. What you see in the photos is not what you’ll get in the mail. Save your money and buy from a company that actually delivers the quality it advertises.

Customer service was nice, quick, and willing to accommodate a size change preference. Shipping arrived quickly. Product was fine, just wanted a different size. Site seems well maintained. I would potentially recommend this to someone else. They have a wide selection and range of products. There are many colors. The models look nice. They have a lot of sizes. There seem to be a lot of deals available and promos and coupons. The pants look good too, I would consider purchasing.

I was skeptical until my jacket showed up and then a believer. yes, I wanted it the next day, don't we all and it took over a week - but that was fine as when it arrived the fit was very good and the sleeves long enough (which is rare) and generous cut. Well done

I purchased a brown and bone colored Men's Classic Retro Lapel Houndstooth Wool Double-breasted Jacket from Manlytshirt and I was happy as a Million Dollar Lotto Winner when the jacket arrived! The jacket was well constructed, stylish and real clever looking. I tried on a hat to imagine the look when I step out on the town wearing the jacket and all I could say was this is IT! LOL... The jacket is an eye catcher! It's a Keeper....

I love the variety of unique men's items available at Manlyshirt. Nice to know that in most cases, I will not run into anyone else wearing the same shirt/coat/pants. The quality of everything I've received has always been pretty good and consistent and delivery times have strangely surpassed my expectations.

This company refused to refund me despite the item I ordered being out of stock. Instead they insisted that I choose another item. In several emails I restated that I was requesting refund, which they chose to ignore. I made several communication attempts before they obliged. This was unnecessary, and I was very clear about refund from the beginning.

I ordered an additional item, Men's Lapel Leather Biker Jacket, which states it is made from leather in the website. On receipt of the item I note that it is indeed made from polyurethane and polyester. No mention of leather.

I am very disappointed in this company and won’t be dealing with them again.

To be clear: I initiated the chargeback through my credit card company only after your team failed to honor your advertised product descriptions and refused to provide a reasonable return option. The items I received were not made of the materials described on your website, and your return policy placed the burden entirely on the customer despite false advertising.

While I acknowledge your apology, and I appreciate the eventual resolution, my review accurately reflects the experience I had—from misleading product listings to delayed and inadequate customer support. I stand by my rating so that other consumers can make informed decisions.

If you genuinely intend to make improvements, I hope future customers will have a better experience than I did.

Original Review: I placed an order through ManlyTshirt.com for two jackets that were advertised as being made from genuine leather and lambswool. The product descriptions clearly stated that the outer material was "70% Genuine Leather, 30% Lambswool" and included language about "premium materials" and "luxury feel"

When I received the items, I was very disappointed to discover that both jackets appeared to be made entirely from synthetic materials. They did not match the product descriptions or photos and did not have the characteristics of real leather.

I contacted customer service multiple times, requesting a return. Instead of providing a return shipping label, they offered partial refunds if I kept the items. After declining several offers for store credit or alternative items, I asked again for a full refund and return instructions. The process was drawn out, and I was eventually told that I would have to cover return shipping myself to an undisclosed international location. I no longer felt confident that returning the items would result in a proper refund.

After several weeks of emails and failed resolution attempts, I ultimately had to file a chargeback with my credit card company to recover my payment.

While others may have different experiences, I would caution potential customers to carefully review the product details and return policy before purchasing, and be aware that the product you receive may not match the description on the site.

shorts and the shorts were medium
but too big . The Company has a chat feature that answered with a real person right away and within 20
minutes I had a promise that I would be receiving new shorts and would not even have to return the other ones . This is amazing customer service and I am here for life ! Thank you !

This company is a rip-off, my purchase was nit the same as the website. Poor quality and they don't offer 100% full refund if you want a return. It cost more to ship product back. The delivery take too long and I ask for replacement to be nice but the products was shipped to a different state according to tracking. Poor customer service and quality is bad

Would like to see more cotton tee shirts with pocket

I would avoid this company at all costs. The two jackets I ordered look nothing like the photos. The materials are completely different. The quality leaves a lot to be desired. I tried returning the jackets and the company refused to accept them stating there is nothing wrong with the jackets and they were what I ordered. I informed them that is not what is the return policy on their website. They offered a discount for my next order instead which is rudicrous. Avoid this company!

I am adding this addendum to my original review after Manlyshirt reply was made. There were a number of emails exchanged between us for a refund. You refused despite the return policy stated on your website. You should be more responsible and not reply with lies. There were 8 emails between 2/8-2/16/25. I even referred to the policy as stated on your website and you still refused. Shame on you.

I ordered two Mens Blazers the last week of 2025. I did see a review saying that it took a long time to receive his purchase. My order came within two weeks. One blazer was exactly as advertised and the other one was not how ever Regina I've been conversing with via email is mailing me another Blazer.

Despite many negative reviews on this site, I took a chance on manly, and I ended up very pleased with the outcome. The important thing is to know that when you buy clothes online, they dont always fit the way you want. I bought a few pairs of pants and a few jackets. A couple of the items (sueded blazers) were awesome and they are great complement getters. However, I didnt like the fit of the double breasted blazers, and so I was able to exchange them for different items that I love!

It's important to look at the sizing chart especially when ordering pants. A large isnt always a large. Im a 34 inch waist, but I wear a medium in their pants. I love the flared slacks they have with cowboy boots and a sueded blazer.
