Ravi exceeded expectations when I was looking for help to design a pendant for the gems from my grandmother's engagement ring. We explored a couple of ideas and I was given all the time I needed to consider what I wanted to do. When I was ready to go ahead, updates - including 3D drawings for review - were shared over WhatsApp, which I found really convenient. The finished product is beautiful, something I will cherish and wear for years to come. Visiting the store is a pleasure, this is a true family business. There's always a friendly welcome and great service.

Had a fab experience with Rav at Manna Jewellers. My wife’s ring had a loose stone and he repaired it quickly and even polished it for us free of charge. It came back looking brilliant and sparkling again. He also removed some links from my watch while I was there. Really friendly, professional service and nothing felt like too much trouble. You can tell they care about doing a proper job and looking after their customers. Would happily recommend 👍

Ravi and his Dad have gone above and beyond to sort out my (old and obsolete) Tissot watch strap. They eventually made their own mould and cast the links out of silver for me! Incredible patience, skill, care, dedication and customer service. The result is perfect and I am the happiest lady ever!

I was looking for a jeweller to make me a bangle using the gold from my late mum’s very precious jewellery. Manna jewellers were brilliant. Ravi provided great, personal customer service and made the time to really listen to what I wanted. My bangle is just perfect, thank you so much. Rude & condescending

Visited this place today to have gold looked at and to sell. Was abruptly told "no". That's it. Very peculiar behaviour from the guy behind the desk, he had scruffy long grey hair & presented himself as extremely shallow and & condescending. Won't be returning to this "shop".

I am very fortunate to have found Manna Jewellers, after initially doing some very good repair work on a couple of items they helped me design and create two beautiful bracelets as gifts for my daughters. They were both friendly and helpful, listening to any requests and sorting the best options for me.

You could not wish to meet a nicer, more professional and talented family than these lovely people. They recently designed and made wedding rings for my parents upcoming marriage. Ravi and his Dad are absolutely brilliant and we're so kind, nothing was too much trouble. When it's such an important occasion you need someone you can trust and you can definitely trust them to look after you. My husband and I have been using Manna Brothers Jewellery for about 35 years. They did not disappoint, once again they were brilliant.

My engagement ring, an intricate 1970's tree bark design, became too small for me. Mannajewellers were able to extend the band by seamlessly inserting a piece of gold. I am extremely pleased with the finished product. Further, when I initially went into the jewellers to enquire, Mannajewellers stretched and polished my wedding ring while I waited. I cannot recommend Mannajewellers more highly for their standard of workmanship and customer care. It is exceptional.

I used Manna jewellers to repair my bracelet and also to make a necklace of the Island where I have a holiday home. With a diamond where our villa is located. I was delighted with both items and would 100% recommend them for both repairs and customised jewellery.

I brought in my partner's engagement ring for repair which is a nice sized solitaire which needed a new head with 8 claws to hold the stone,
I've just picked it up and the craftsmanship in the new head is remarkable.

Love this Jewelers. Nothing is too much trouble for them. They made a beautiful ring for me for my 50th wedding anniversary- memories of Hawaii which mean a lot to my husband and myself. We would recommend them without hesitation.
