I recently purchased many items, yet they put my payment under verification. I panicked, as every othrr transaction went smooth but only this one not. I read that people get verification status and then nothing happens so I was afraid about it. Around ~7 hrs later I received my items. 3 stars because when you put on hold the payment, you dont take the money from the bank account, just once payment approved, then the money should be taken.

I tried for two days to add funds to my account and every time I did it would say my account wasn't public. I did everything I could to fix it, but it still wouldn't work. I eventually contacted support for help, and I got the worst response imaginable. They told me their bot deemed my account to be a throw away account due to it being inactive even though it had been a couple days since I used it. I tried to defend my account because it is not a throw away it was just new. They told me there was nothing they could do and closed my ticket.

I did have a friend that purchased from there and it went smoothly but be weary you could be deemed a throw away without any waring or anything.

They will take items from your inventory with no recompense for you, scamming you out of the value of those items. Furthermore, the support staff are extremely rude and immature when given basic inquiries about the status of said stolen items.
