Tried to place an order online via credit card and a website error wouldn't let me. Tried to pay via PayPal instead and a different error appeared. Tried emailing and called countless times to place an order but rung through every time

Mannequins were superbly packaged so they wouldn't arrive damaged. Very quick delivery.. Mannequins are a very nice quality at an excellent price.

Fabulous product, nicer than she looked in the photo, light than my fibreglass model which I great for me and she arrived bang on time, I was informed of delivery all the way.

Cannot review this product as still not been delivered no confirmation e mail from them So have sent e mails and tried to call on countless occasions but no joy! They haven’t answered my e mails and do not answer the phone so cannot give a positive review on them

Took ages to arrive and then Body is twisted so when you put a T shirt on it looks weird

I have not received my order. My emails are not responded to and the
telephone line is constantly engaged.
Is this a sham company ? I would highly recommend you do not use this company. I am going to try and retrieve my money, if necessary through the small court system. Reviewed 26 March 2021

Given I have not received confirmation of my order let alone a possible date for delivery I think a request for a review of your service is slightly strange!

Contacted company by email asking when I could expect delivery still no reply. I have also used their website asking for delivery date and again no reply. Will not be using again. Will try phoning them tomorrow starting to wonder if website is rogue

The purchase was for two mannequins (male/female) for the purpose of a Photoshoot. The torso mannequins come with a glass base to which threads the screw and pole. Tremendous hazard!!! One of the mannequins base shattered. I was left with a single base, which kept coming loose each time I placed a garment on top of it.
I appreciate the quality of mannequins was incredibly poor, and put me out of pocket. I wrote in to customer services on a number of occasions, offering a full explanation of the situation, and simply requesting a refund - to no avail. I have not heard back and would encourage anyone purchasing from Mannequins Direct to receive a written confirmation of a refund if the products are faulty prior to purchase. I have been left disappointed, as was the photographer. I will not use such company ever again. I will be writing into Trading Standard to give a full account of events.

Placed an order, no email confirmation.
Got a email asking to leave a review, havent even got the product yet? how does even work?
No one picks up the phone or answer emails.

Lost my money. No replies. No order number. No mannequin. Very disappointed. Avoid!!

Not happy with the quality and receive no response from Mannequins Direct either by email and they never answer their telephone. I am very upset with their customer service, which is non existant.

There was no communication with Mannequins Direct - neither about when the goods would be shipped, nor when we emailed them to say that the mannequin was slightly damaged and we would like to return the item. I am not happy as this was a relatively expensive mannequin which does not meet our requirements. The mannequin is not of good quality.

Order never received. Sent email, no reply to that. Disappointed.
