Do not trust this company
Hiring Mannofield Roofing was the worst decision I have ever made as a homeowner.
They left my roof exposed during the job, which caused rainwater damage to my ceilings. After the work was supposedly completed, the very next rainfall revealed a leak, and the following storm exposed that the many of the verge tiles hadn’t even been secured. Their “solution” at the time was a crude patch repair.
A year later, I am still dealing with the same leak, along with a steady stream of excuses, broken promises, and a total lack of accountability. Their so called 15-year guarantee is meaningless when they can’t deliver a properly completed job in the first place.
This company is unreliable, unprofessional, and poses a real risk to your home. Avoid them at all costs.
