I ordered one but Manny's Ai decided I'd ordered two. I ordered two metronome/tuners but Manny's Ai decided I'd ordered one. I've been trying to get all this through to Manny's with no result. I'm therefore forced to say 'Don't buy off the stupid Manny's Ai machine, because it will leave you high and dry!'
The product is good but was in only fair condition. It needed cleaning and polishing when it arrived. I live in Cairns Queensland and expected it to be sent from the Brisbane store. It was not and was sent from the Perth Western Australia store. Thats about as far apart as possible one could get with ending a package. I tried to remedy this mistake by Personally phoning the Brisbane Queensland store for a microphone in my next order. But as previously, the new Mic was sent from the Sydney New South Wales store to my address in Cairns Queensland. In both cases the product ordered was in stock in the Brisbane Queensland store. The question I keep asking myself is this. Are stupid people playing games with customer orders or just plain gross incompetence ? Only as a last resort in an emergency would I continue to buy items from this company.
