I'm studying music production at JMC. Changing my workflow to 32 bit-depth was the move to future proof all creative works. The audio quality increase from a focusrite scarlett was significant. Recording my piano in stereo with the 4K emulation switches is lovely too. Sleek product design. Having a useful preamp meter mimicing a console was something I didn't realise I needed. I reccomend it to other creatives wishing to build a home studio to produce commercial level mixes or to hobby enthusiasts. The SSL ecosystem is quite good -- afterall, they did invent the SSL 4000 G Bus Comp. Legendary audio techs.
