I had a terrible experience with Mano…

I had a terrible experience with Mano Choice when ordering the stretch ultra sports pants advertised on Facebook. Because the ad showed pants with high stretch fabric I ordered a size 14. The size and colour were correct, but the pants are not particularly stretchy and they don't fit me. The ad looks like AI. When I explained and asked for a refund, I was offered 10% then 20% then 30%. Mano Choice website says they will give a full refund if the customer is dissatisfied for any reason if contacted within 45 days. This is not true. I have not received any refund at all and am $US 26 out of pocket which I cannot afford. I see they are now selling this item for $US19. They offered a size 16 replacement on payment of us$10.99! NZ$22, unbelievable! I can't give then any stars.
