Great first experience, after worries for my package, because Manohobis sent me it just few hours after order and I use to get for 2-3 days usually from EU countries, I make a call and they check everything for me and said that normal is for their country nowadays 5 working days, and it was exactly correct. Everything come perfect wrapped in paper. So 5 stars.

Need to email bank details for refund???
Item sent to UK arrived damaged due to insufficient packaging. Contacted for compensation and offered 10% refund which I accepted. Never recieved refund as they wouldn’t refund to original payment source and insisted I should email them my bank details. Avoid.
