On 2/03 I ordered a pair of pants for bruncheon in March. After about 2 weeks I emailed them because I hadn’t received a tracking number or anything saying my pants were shipped. They sent me a fake tracking number which showed the pants originating in Illinois then being sent to China. I live in New Jersey. It said my pants were shipped and it would take 7-10 days to reach me. After a few days the tracking number stopped working. I emailed them and they sent me a new tracking number which now showed the pants were waiting to be shipped. On 2/26 I still had no tracking info so I requested a refund. It is 3/26 and I have still have not gotten my refund!

First I just wanted to say all the staffs in manor beauty are so lovely and caring but the owner of the company his name is Mark. I went to talk to him about a treatment iv done he dealt with it unprofessional and also was laughing in my face he came out and threatened me infront of his staff pointing in my face even when am saying take your hands out of my face he continue, he swore at me telling me to f... off and it continues. his staffs witness his behaviour and apologise for him if I could give Mark the owner of manor beauty 0 I would have done it.

I would have loved to give friendly Jade a better rating but unfortunately cannot.
The extremely hot eyebrow wax has left my eyelids burnt and very painful.

I loved my consultation with Habiba for the Ice soprano laser hair removal. She was really patient, knowledgeable and made me comfortable straight away. I’ve only had 1 treatment since my consultation so far which was completely pain free but too early to review the results just yet but am excited to go back for The rest of my treatments after lockdown.
