Order was acknowledged then nothing, no updates, no responses to my follow e mails….five weeks and counting. Feels like a scam, avoid this company.

This company took payment for trainers on 19th Nov 2025. I had to chase this company by email (which ends in gmail.com so I should have known better)
No trainers delivered after 2 weeks. Initially I had a response from Manoude by email assuring me the item was on its way. Few days later, I get an email to say order cancelled.
No refund has been processed. I have emailed this company every day for the last 8 days and every email has been ignored. I finally received a refund on 23/12/2025.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AS IT A SCAM. Trainers order online and after 2 weeks nothing received. Numerous emails sent without a response. I have now contacted my bank requesting this to be investigated

Ordered some trainers. All seemed legit until when they hadn’t arrived I checked the tracking info and it was fake! Emailed twice and got no response at all from them. In the end went to my bank and raised a dispute, bank found in my favour and I received a full refund. This company is a scam - I am guessing they gamble on whether people are able to or have time to raise a payment dispute for non-delivery. Avoid at all cost.

Can’t really fault the trainers,it was obvious that they are fake by the price,but surely a box would be the easiest thing to copy,just arrived in bag not the best way to give as a gift,made worse as all the ads show a box so just be prepared I suppose

They advertise real brands and send fake ones from China
When emailed and asked for authentication, they say the item is counterfeit but very similar to real.
The shipping takes weeks and you can’t cancel the order.

I ordered a pair of Atmos x denim from Manoude after seeing them advertised on Facebook at a reduced price. However, after ordering I checked online reviews to be disappointed by their low rating. Too late, I'd already ordered, just bite the bullet I suppose? The tracking on Shop wasn't very reassuring either, I wasn't holding out much hope! But today, a knock at the door, Royal Mail with a trainer-sized box, to my delight they'd arrived approximately 3 week after ordering. The trainers were exactly as pictured and described in their website. 10/10 but be prepared to wait. They will eventually turn up.
