Great customer service!

I bought the Manscape mower 5.0 ultra and used it for 5 months before the foil shaver part broke. I contacted the company who verified my purchase and sent a replacement part quickly. Overall it works and shaves great especially in the shower but I expect better durability.

Manscape is nice to send a new set , always been a fan and use it all the time

My trimmer broke and it took awhile with bad communication to ship the next one. I was given the wrong shipping information and the response time was not ideal. I was expecting more.

A company that stands by their warranty and doesn’t hassle you about using it. I’ve loved their products. My beard hedger stopped taking a charge for some reason after about a year. I reached out and within minutes they responded asking where they can ship me a replacement. Incredible. Customer for life.

Customer service handled my replacement so smoothly and I didn’t have to wait too long for my next shave.

I purchased a set with the beard trimmer and nose trimmer and when I charged both units and then turned on the beard trimmer it was very noisy. I noticed the blade seem to be moving a little erratically. I popped off the blade and noticed that the plastic piece that holds the spring down was not there. This happens sometimes when things are manufactured and something not molded correctly slipped through the cracks.

I called customer service told them about my problem, they required me to send them proof of purchase and other information, which was understandable. I also Supply them with pictures showing them the problem. They graciously sent me a new blade set that I could pop on and once I did that it was smooth and quiet. I feel the customer service was excellent and I'm very happy with the product. Michael

Customer Service was amazing.

They helped me get a replacement for my lawn mower 5.0 after it went bad, don't blame them for it going bad as it was an electrical issue and it can happen, they responded fast and did everything well and shipped it basically next day.

Excellent customer service. That's what counts. Answering questions, handling questions or issues, that's what makes a company you want to work with.

I emailed about a defective shaver and a new one was shipped out immediately with no questions asked. 100%would recommend for customer service alone!

The shipping company Manscaped used mishandled my product when they gave it to the USPS causing the USPS to want me to pay Postage Due to receive the product. I didn't pay the PD and USPS returned the item. Manscaped reshipped the item to me. All it cost me was some delay and a couple of email messages to Manscaped.

This is the best trimmer I have ever used. It cuts fast, and very clean. I didn't use the adjusrable comb, but I love that it's built in with a dial to set different lengths. I used it on my head, and for a nice touch up on the beard.

I appreciate the communication and ability to help solve our issue. 10/10
