Had issues with my razor charging or turning on. Reached out to Manscaped about the issue and because I didn’t have my receipt from over a year ago I was not going to be able to get a replacement. However the customer service team was able to fix the issue and I’ve got my brand new one working perfectly. Always 5 stars for Manscaped, they treat their customers right.

The 5.0 did not miss one stroke compared to the 3.0 and 4.0. The 5.0 is 2x as big as the others. When I used the foil, I had a smooth shave!!
