Had issues with my razor charging or…

Had issues with my razor charging or turning on. Reached out to Manscaped about the issue and because I didn’t have my receipt from over a year ago I was not going to be able to get a replacement. However the customer service team was able to fix the issue and I’ve got my brand new one working perfectly. Always 5 stars for Manscaped, they treat their customers right.

5.0 Lawnmower

The 5.0 did not miss one stroke compared to the 3.0 and 4.0. The 5.0 is 2x as big as the others. When I used the foil, I had a smooth shave!!

I was given this as a gift just shy of…

I was given this as a gift just shy of two years ago and the motor eventually ran out. Landscape was quick to replace it and honor the warranty! Extremely impressive customer service and I love the product!

I’ve got to give credit to Manscaped

I’ve got to give credit to Manscaped — they really came through for me. The previous trimmer I had broke on me twice, so yeah, that part wasn’t great… but what matters is how they handled it, and that’s where they earned my respect.
They sent me the latest version of the trimmer with no hassle, and right away you can feel the difference. It’s smoother, easier to control, and overall just feels like a big upgrade. You can tell they improved the quality, it feels more solid and reliable.
What stood out the most was their customer service. No runaround, no wasting time, they handled everything quickly and made it right. That goes a long way.
At the end of the day, it’s not just about the product, it’s the whole experience. And in my case, they stepped up like a real brand should. I’m definitely sticking with them.
