Lovely staff, very helpful and easy to contact them by phone with no long wait.
I always support local and mutual societies.
Only recent problem has been they sent me some forms - I asked for 2 and they only sent one ! And they put on a 2nd class stamp rather than a 2nd large ! Cost me £1.50 in excess postage charges !
