Ordered two wooden plaques with writing on, one of them the text was poorly printed and overlapped the border. Response from customer service was rude, no apology or even acknowledgement of my concern. Certainly no offer to refund or replace. Won't be using again.
I received the wrong personalised item. My order was placed via Amazon. In the box I received was a Wedding Book for someone else, but the delivery note for my Book.
I tried contacting via Amazon, their own email address and a mobile number that I found. Eventually spoke to someone - they had put the business on hold, due to a urgent personal issue, so they had not read or responded to any messages. I did offer to post the Wedding Book to its rightful recipient, but I didn't receive the info to allow me to do that.
However, I received a full refund from Amazon under their A-Z Guarantee.
