I love the full blockout and soft materials. Having the lower sides is essential for me, since I usually fall asleep on my right side. I also love that these masks fit above the ears and do not deform your ears when you wear it to sleep. Lastly, the amazing not-velcro velcro is fantastic! Does not tangle in your hair or create scratchy edges!

I want to be fair to manta sleep, as the product itself when it works is fantastic. I ordered two Manta Sleep audio headphones for the steep price of over £300 for both. We are both night shift workers and struggle to sleep in the day, and these are fantastic for helping. Personally I use ASMR whilst my partner listens to music. They are comfy, non-obtrusive on the eyes, and the sound quality is great. I have used my pair essentially every night since I have bought them and loved them.
However, my partner uses his very infrequently (think once a month) and having not had them even two years I believe one of the ear phones stopped playing audio. I understand that these are now outside their warranty, but I emailed the customer service address to ask for advice on maybe just replacing the earphone or what suggestions they might have.
I sent this email a few weeks ago and have had no response. I feel very let down and disappointed by the customer services because it truly is a fantastic product when it works, but I don’t feel I can justify over £150 for another pair when my partner has only had his for around two years. I feel that for such a steep price they should have a longer shelf life (my similarly priced Sony earbuds have been going strong for over 5 years now).

I tried very hard to place an order for the product I wanted, but instead found myself going back and forth for 17 DAYS with a so-called “Customer Success Agent” who was extremely unhelpful and repeatedly came up with excuses as to why I couldn’t order the product I wanted (and yes, it was in stock 🤦🏻♂️).
Eventually, I gave up and asked them to stop emailing me. Instead of respecting that, she sent yet another patronising email today. It contained more excuses, and she apologised again that my “expectations hadn’t been met” — as though my expectations were the issue, rather than their refusal to assist with what really should be a straightforward order.
I’ve since seen that many other reviewers have had similar problems with this company’s customer service. I only wish I had read those reviews before wasting so much time trying to buy from them.
That said, I am grateful that I didn't purchase because if the presales support is this rude and unhelpful, I can see why so many people have issues with aftersales support. I think I dodged a bullet here.
And one last thing.... don't sign up for their emails unless you don't mind receiving clickbait multiple times a day.
Update: the response below is really deceptive and misleading. I did try to order from the US store however it wouldn't ship to my address in Australia,…and yes, I did tell the ‘Customer Success Agent’ this happened. I was told to try again and got the same message 🤦🏻♂️.
The bundle I wanted to order has individual items which are all in stock in the Aus store.
I am still receiving clickbait/emails even after unsubscribing myself as well as asking to be removed. I have been told twice that I will and have been removed a yet the emails keep on coming…multiple emails daily.
An example of this would be the three emails I’ve received telling me that I have left something in my cart…clicking on the link in that email takes me to an empty shopping cart because I can’t order the bundle I wanted. Yes, Mantasleep… ‘my expectations’ are clearly the problem here,

Stays on!-Love this mask. I have tried several others but have always had issues with them falling off. This one stays on, doesn’t move around, and doesn’t let in any light. I have sensitive skin and haven’t had any problems with breakouts or irritation. It’s very soft and comfortable.

I ordered the Manta ProSleep Mask and reached out to Manta as I couldn't seem to position it in a way that didn't cause sinus pressure pain and stifle the breathing in and out of my nose more. After some solid suggestions that also unfortunately failed, I let them know and within a short time they had honoured their 60 day money back gaurantee. This was a really positive experience and my only disappointment is that I couldn't wear it due to my sinuses.

I enjoy the system quite a bit while I do have a few nitpicks they don't really bother me that much.
I have the worst stompy upper neighbors and these were the last bit I needed to drown them out.
I did have one of the speakers die on me, but I did get them replaced, customer service was great, understanding and I didn't have a fuss.
