Absolute shower, like many others I was charged for a larger amount than published a few weeks later. After cancelling they continued to deduct £24.90 form card even when I had closed by account. Th... See more

Why was I charged 69.98
Why was I charged 69.98. Saw no sign of a charge as great as that only 0.98 Sterling. Where did this come from. Not very good, hope you can rectify this issue. Maurice Kennedy
Total cheats
I got the manual I wanted for under£1. But like others I found a subscription unwittingly set up. I admit the first month I thought I had been an idiot and paid an exorbitant price for the manual. I have now cancelled. And M&$ bank processed disputed transactions.
Don’t touch them with a barge pole
SCAM do not give bank details.

Wow I found it
I was giving up on finding my manual for an old carpet cleaner.
Then I tried another Goole answer and I couldn't believe it was there. Thank you so much for your help.

Very satified customer
The website is very good but at first I didn't appear to have had a reply e-mail. It was just by chance your reply email went into my spam folder. Not sure if it says to look into the spam folder, if it is I think it may be in small print. When I did find your email (in the spam mail) it informed me that I would receive the download with 24 hours. Again your email landed in my spam mail. Perhaps you could look into this. Otherwise I am very pleased that you found the instructions that I had requested. Thank you very much
Beware of Manuals Mate
I bought a manual from Manuals Mate for 86p a single transaction.
Later I received messages from OKSANA and WE TRANSFER and £61.61 was taken from my Barclaycard account for a subscription I did not want or require. This was totally unauthorised I was unaware joining any other service. BEWARE OF USING THIS SITE
SCAM
Ordered a User Manual for an old Dell Laptop.
Paid .84p.
No mention of subscription fee.
One week later £61.50p taken from my bank account.
Tried to contact company by phone. No reply. Sent e-mail. No reply.
Decided to cancel debit card to stop further unauthorised withdrawals.
If no reply to e-mail will be raising a Dispute file with bank.
Scam verging on fraud!
Do not buy a Manuel from here.
Do not buy a Manuel from here.
When I purchased a Manuel the site automatically subscribed to there services which I didn't want, the subscription is £60.50p which is ridiculous its not something anybody will use regularly.
Now I've been in a constant battle with them to get my money back which on the website it says you can request a refund
Please Don't use this site
BEWARE
I wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered one manual.
I paid €0.95 and never received it. Then I was charged a subscription fee of €69.95 a few days later. Absolute scam. DON'T GO NEAR THEM!!!! I've had to unsubscribe and my bank are in the process of blocking them.
I think manualmates is absolutely…
I think manualmates is absolutely disgusting, a blatant scam, it’s just a means to get your bank details. I order a manual for a belt linisher and they sent me a manuel for a press but titled linisher. For this unless information they charged me about 87 pence which is no big deal you might say but then they billed me for some bogus subscription that cost £80 odd pounds. Lucky Barclays spotted it and stopped the payment.
Good value service
Your site was easy to navigate and quick to identify an old machine and the manual required.
My only comment would be to try and provide a better idea of when the manual might arrive other than 'shortly'..?
All in all, a good value service for less than a Euro.
Do not use this company
Do not use this company . I ordered a manual they showed that they could supply. They e-mailed a different older manual . The moment I placed order l was one week later charged 69 euros. This was a subscription fee on a monthly basis. No where as it ever showen on order form . It is a scam
very tricky
Be very aware that when you pay your 95p subscription you are signing up for a monthly renewable contract of £59/month.
Charged 82p for manual not received.
Charged 82p for manual not received.
They have not tried to take any more yet but due to other company of thieves, my card has been changed.
Avoid!!!
Telephone instruction manual
This is a very useful and helpful company which provided me promptly with the manual which I requested. I would recommend them without reservation.
I paid .82p for a manual
I paid .82p for a manual, that they said they had. 2 days later they sent me a link to a Youtube video about a similar thing. Then days later I noticed a £60 pending charge on my phone banking apt in their name. I immediately phoned my bank and stopped the payment from going through. The person behind this company is a chancer that will take your money and give you nothing in return.
Manualsmate Scam
1, I paid for one manual €0.65, the site indicated that they had this manual, I never got it.
2, I did not see any sign indicating that I was subscribing to a monthly service, luckily my credit card spotted the scam and blocked it.
Its a scam, do not touch them.
BEWARE!! Scam artists obviously
Scam artists obviously - paid 82p for a manual, duly delivered by email. £59.81 taken from credit card 8 days later.
Ripped off
Received a manual for a similar item to the one I needed and now I find I have been charged nearly £60. I await a reply from the company
Beware - read other reviews
I have cancelled my subscription to manualmates. So take nothing from my credit card please. Otherwise I will contact my bank and order a charge back our your bank.
