I messaged manuka doctor by mail. I explained that one of the honey 1000MGO jars was not sealed well enough. Honey came out during transport in the box. I did not get any response

I order before before 2 weeks and i didn't received my package unitl now , and there is no any response from
the Manuka management.

Something went wrong with the delivery. It wasn't. Thats the problem. I received a message that my order had been delivered to a DHL pick up point which required my signature but when I went there I was told that that was impossible as they only had automated lockers which use a QR code. DHL did not supply a QR code. So I had to leave empty handed. Later I received another message, this time stating that my order was being returned to the sender. Thanks for nothing. How annoying.

Delivery not received.
They are hiding behind the website and a web form, not even a telephone number.
They don't reply in days and if they reply it is things I already knew. " your order wasn't shipped yet" ...

I approached my seller in the Netherlands with the question if there is any knowledge about a possible use or findings of glyphosate in the honey from Manuka Doctor and the answer was NO worries, we only work with the certified honey from New Zealand and they don't use any Glyphosate. Now i stumble on an independent testresult from 08 August 2025 by Hill Laboratories and there were traces of glyphosate found in the Manuka doctor honey from New Zealand. They were given the opportunity to respond to these testresults and did not do so wich i find disturbing, usually silence is a kind of giving in, isn't it? When it comes to transparency regarding the use of Glyphosate, it seems to me a clear yes or no and if I specifically ask about it and the answer is "no we don't use Glyphosate" then I expect that no Glyphosate will actually be found in a test study.
At the very least I expect a response to Hill Laboratories if they are certain and convinced that there is an error in the testresults but they have kept quiet which I don't think is a good signal. So I just discovered that Doctor Manuka honey contains not only beneficial ingredients but also harmful carcinogenic substances. It surely changes my view and feeling on my daily teaspoon of "Gold" as I called it until now😭😡

Excellent Manuka honey. I ordered the 1100 mgo. Really great Manuka honey as I was used to back in New Zealand. It’s a bit expensive of course but well worth the money.
Delivery was fast and will definitely order again in the future at Manuka Doctor
