Definitely seems a scam site
Definitely seems a scam site. I ordered two chainsaw sharpeners 8 weeks ago (18/06/24). since the following day, the tracking info has been "Shipment information received": i.e. no goods received by the delivery firm.
3 emails to Manway have remained unanswered (latterly asking for redirect or refund as I've recently moved house). no reply to any of them. Can't help but think of them as thieves. Wish I could give zero stars.

Scam website ordered the mini chainsaw 2nd June: received nothing and can’t get in contact with anyone sending emails everyday since end of June. Stay away from this website manwayshop.com

No reply from Customer Support
Ordered a ‘Titan Mini Chainsaw’ back in February 2024. Not received so contacted Customer Support who emailed and said original ‘lost’ in transit and they would send replacement. Still not received and now Manway not replying to emails. Stay away from this company. Scam site!!
