Ordered a few clearance items for my son for back to school because I really liked the vibe of their clothing and seems like most if not all items are mostly natural materials. I just bought clearance since it was my first time ordering and didn't want to risk it. Everything arrived in perfect condition and the quality is excellent so I'll be purchasing from there again for my kid.
I did end up contacting customer service because I thought my package was lost but turns out my husband had grabbed it off the porch and didn't inform me. Customer service responded back very quickly letting me know it had been delivered to the address listed. They asked me to check around first and then we would go through next steps since it was just a couple of days since delivery.
