Company details

  1. Visa Consultant

Written by the company

Based in the UK, Manzil Consultancy is a specialist visa consultancy built around one simple idea: a visa application should be handled with the seriousness of a legal filing, not a form-filling service. Our core specialism is Schengen visa processing — including the part most people find hardest: securing a consulate appointment. Appointment slots for popular destinations like the Netherlands, Germany, France and Italy are limited, released unpredictably, and often gone within hours. Hunting them down, city by city, is what we do every day. It's the single biggest bottleneck in Schengen applications, and it's where we add the most value. We also support applications for the USA, Canada, Australia, Turkey, Ireland, Malaysia, Japan, Saudi Arabia (including Umrah), and the UAE, plus travel services such as flight reservations, hotel bookings, and travel insurance through authorised partners. What makes us unique: WhatsApp-first communication: Every client gets a dedicated WhatsApp group from day one. No chasing by email, no waiting for callbacks — just direct, real-time updates. Honest advice, always: We tell you what your realistic chances are, and we won't overpromise. We guarantee the quality of our application prep; we cannot guarantee an embassy's decision — and no legitimate consultancy can. High-touch, not high-volume: We take on fewer cases and handle them properly. Manzil Consultancy is a trading name of Manzil Travels Ltd (Company No. 15768600), registered with the ICO (ZC075780), and holder of UK Registered Trademark UK00004334804. We provide visa assistance for tourist and visitor visas, referring regulated immigration matters to OISC-registered partners. 📞 +44 (0)7947 478899 · ✉️ info@manzilconsultancy.com · 🌐 www.manzilconsultancy.com

Best service

I’m really grateful to Manzil Consultancy for helping me with my visa applications. I’ve successfully received my 1-year Netherlands visa and 10-year Canada visa, and I couldn’t be happier! They supported me throughout the process and made everything much easier for me. I truly appreciate all their help, guidance, and hard work. Getting both visas is a great feeling, and I’m really glad I chose Manzil Consultancy. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and helpful visa consultancy. Thank you so much for everything!

Highly recommend Manzil Consultancy

Highly recommend Manzil Consultancy! They handled our family USA B1/B2 visa smoothly from start to finish. Being in the legal profession myself, I was really impressed by how professional and transparent their process is.
Huge shoutout to Ibtassam Sir for the quick responses and constant support. They also provided affordable ticket and hotel bookings for our trip. I’ve used them for my Schengen visa in the past and they recently helped a friend get a European appointment quickly too. Truly a top-notch visa agency!
