Bad Experience
I had a very disappointing experience with Manzoury. From start to finish, the service was unprofessional and frustrating. Communication was poor — it was extremely difficult to get clear answers, and follow-ups were either delayed or ignored completely.

The quality of service did not meet expectations, especially considering the promises that were made upfront. There was a clear lack of attention to detail, and it felt like once payment was secured, customer care was no longer a priority.

I would not recommend Manzoury to others based on my experience. I expected professionalism and reliability, but unfortunately, neither was delivered.

There was no clear explanation or warning provided.
This situation feels very unfair and misleading.
Taking money and then restricting access raises serious concerns.
I contacted customer support but did not receive a satisfactory response.
The lack of transparency makes this feel like a deceptive practice.
Customers deserve honesty and proper communication.
I hope this issue is resolved and my payment is refunded.

Manzoury is making wonderful products, I have ordered two bracelets for myself. The ordering- and delivery process is very quick and professional. Products are delivered with a very luxurious pouch which is also great for gifting to others!

Bracelets are from very good quality and fit my wrists nicely. Would definitely recommend this to family and friends and would order again!

I ordered Meizodon necklace for my husband. It is same as shown on the photos, very stylish and minimalist design. He loved it and wears it though he is not a jewelry guy. It was delivered on time in a very fashionable bag. I would recommend it if you are looking for a stylish present for a man. I would love to try their women collection, if they are planning to do one.
