Missing article, customer service does not respond

End of last year I ordered 3 articles from their website. A few days later, a torn envelope arrived, containing only two of the three articles. The missing one was a spirit level which had almost the dimensions of the envelope, so I suppose it damaged the envelope and got lost. Since then I have been trying to contact manzude six times via mail and using their website, but got no response at all (other than a mail telling me that mails will be answered soon - which was two weeks ago...)

Short update (January, 17th): Just a few days after I published this review here the missing article arrived without prior notice.

The product failed to be delivered

The product failed to be delivered to me and it returned to the original sender. I have contacted the support team via email and they keep telling me that they will ship the product again soon, which never happened.
