Looks good, until you start to use it.

Settee came, looked great at first. Then after one month of just a child sitting on the corner section the seat began to sink. There are sections of the material pulling away from the foam and frame. And now we are living in the house properly we can all see the indentations of our bums on every seat pad. I have emailed the company to ask to fix the issues but as of yet, I am still waiting. I will be going to the finance company with my dispute next to see if there is anything they can do to help my settee issues.

Following from my first ever review.
We are finally free from that monstrosity you called a sofa & ‘ fit for purpose’ i enjoyed burning it.

I have recently purchased a sofa from Sofa Club. Absolutely brilliant quality & the sofa is absolutely amazing, aswell as the customer service. Company’s like you should not be selling such shoddy sofas!!!!

The worst experience from Nicemaple

The worst experience from Nicemaple . No response from the team after paying the money . More than a month time and delay to deliver . The cheapest material including small nails . Cheap quality wood and fabric . Delivered a different color and texture . No one is answering the phone or emails after delivery is done .
NEVER BUY this scrap even they offer 50% discount

Total disappointment

Total disappointment. Order placed on 19th April and it is yet to be delivered even after 2 months. Reaching Custoemr care is a real pain on phone and on chat. No Resposibility and they are full of lies and lies only.

On 22nd May, their product head assured that ordered items will be delivered within 1 week but even after 3 weeks, they have no update and Product head refuses to talk now.

Reaching their CEO or other senior management is not possible as they hide behind wraps.

Avoid at all costs

Really poor customer service, sofa I ordered is really poor quality, arm collapsed inside after only 3 weeks, said they’d replace but this never happened, been fighting for a refund now for 3 months however it seems that their website/account has been suspended 😡

I'm not happy with maple furniture

I'm not happy with maple furniture. Brought a sofa n it broke. Reported it but no come back .I've even emailed them n messaged them .but no response. Yet they can take your but not do anything to help u out to replace it ?

Waste of money

Waste of money. Furniture is cheap badly made rubbish . I’ve had my setees less than 6 months and the cushions are flat , settee sagging and a leg to the tray of the sette has collapsed.£1020 down the drain.. also after sales service is non existent!!!

The sofa is actually lovely

The sofa is actually lovely. Really happy with it. Very good quality.
Only issue that could be improved on is delivery scheduling. I was told different things each time I called. They did finally give me a confirmation of delivery date with a days notice. Cannot fault the delivery guys as they were polite and had it built up in no time.

4 weeks today since I ordered… no phone…

4 weeks today since I ordered… no phone call to say when it’s being delivered.. contacted company, who responded quite quickly however just keep getting told, we are waiting for an update from the courier, this has been the same for 5 days now. I was told I would receive a phone call a few days before delivery. I was also told sofa would be delivered on 12th October or before so I got rid of my old sofa in time for the new one arriving and now have nothing to sit on. I won’t be ordering from here again.

* UPDATE *

They have let me down again, sofa was due for delivery today, they rang me yesterday at 4pm to say ‘sorry to be the barer of bad news’ but your sofa won’t be delivered it’s being delivered next week now. By this point I’ve had another. I’ve asked to cancel my order. Absolutely ridiculous. It’s excuse after excuse.

Cheap, badly made sofa with zero support!

I purchased a sofa from Maple Furniture on June 30th 2022. After waiting several months, I was finally sent a sofa that was badly damaged and had signs of rust! I refused it and it was returned.
I was sent another sofa several weeks later, this one is different from the one I ordered and it's also missing the feet from it!
I have contacted Maple Furniture many times and they dont reply to any emails. I have managed to chat to Avi on occasion who sent out the wrong feet for the sofa and also expected me to fit them all after me paying for assembly. Not only did he send the wrong parts the sofa has no holes for the screws to go in to anyway!
As we have not had anything else to sit on, we have used the sofa on occasion and it is one of the most uncomfortable sofas I have ever sat on in my life! Its cheaply made, the wooden slats underneath stick out and dig into you because the cushioning is so thin and the centre pieces come apart all the time! If I owned this myself, I would give it away for free just to be rid of it, its literally that bad! Maple Furniture want over £1000 for it!
I have tried to resolve it many times with them and get no replies, its shocking how they treat their customers! I have submitted complaints to Maple Furniture and also to Dividebuy who set up this awful deal.
Now I am forced to go down the legal route. I have spoken to a solicitor and they think the credit agreement is void anyway as the wrong sofa was sent. Not only that its missing parts and I deem it unfit for purpose due to the cheap and painful assembly.
I will also be contacting trading standards and will look to get this company investigated further as it should be illegal selling such badly made products!
I would urge anyone considering purchasing from Maple Furniture to avoid them like the plague. Shop around, go and test a company's products first. You will only regret dealing with this company if you have any issues!

Disgusting company AVOID

I bought a sofa from this company that was later found to have a manufacturing fault, the sofa sent as a replacement was a corner unit that was made up of two entirely different sofas I alerted the company to this immediately and after many calls and being accused of assembling it wrong the agreed to send an engineer, the engineer reported back that this sofa was also two different ends, two different leathers and two different styles of stitching and didn’t fit together, the company have chosen to ignore all of the above and refused to replace. I have been in touch with consumer direct followed all of there advice and still getting no where. The manager of this company was supposed to call me over two weeks ago despite apparently not dealing with the public himself and much to my surprise this also failed to materialise. My emails calls and Facebook messages are now being completely ignored. The company is a shambles and they are ripping people off

Update - the company have now also blocked me from messaging them directly, as well as my daughter who also tried to mail them about my situation, customer service what is that ?? This company have none !!!!!

Charged in full with no confirmation

I purchased a sofa online - I've been charged in full but I didn't receive any email confirmation from Maple - I thought this was strange so I rang and when I spoke to them over the phone they told me they haven't got my order despite being charged in full. After waiting a full week to hear back about what to do I haven't been able to speak to anyone senior and they have not responded to any of my requests for further information. Terrible customer service and I'll now have to go through the process of sorting this with the bank. Would not recommend.
