❌I paid 352,287.40 LKR to Maple Holidays Ceylon for tourist visa assistance after being promised that a full refund would be provided if the visa could not be obtained.😔

❌The visa was not obtained,❌ and more than 3 months have passed. Despite repeated follow-ups, I have not received my refund. The company has stopped responding to my messages and calls.
😔
I have retained payment records, chat history, and refund promises as evidence.

I am sharing this experience so that other customers can make informed decisions before using this service and getting scammed

TOTAL SCAMMERS- AVOID AT ALL COSTS- defrauded me of 650USD

TOTAL SCAMMERS- AVOID AT ALL COSTS- defrauded me of 650USD
I was planning to take my mother on a surprise trip to Sri Lanka but she needed visa first. I never imagined it would turn into a nightmare in the hands of Maple Holidays Ceylon and their lead scammer Mohamed Ihthysham !
They promised a guaranteed visa for my mother and after paying the fees, they demanded 500 USD for hotel booking otherwise they couldn't apply. They promised a refund if visa rejected. After I made the payment I had to chase them to even apply for the visa—it took over 2 weeks with their "holiday" excuses. Then they tell me it was rejected because no thumbprint—how is that possible when checking the application is THEIR job? Eitherway, It turns out there was no visa and no hotel booking!

At that point it was obvious this was all a scam. I demanded a refund which they promised on April 23 but like typical scammers, they keep giving silly excuses and delaying. Now they're not even replying. Maple Holidays Ceylon (PV00314236, +94 777 243 496)—AVOID AT ALL COSTS
