Smoking in car
Unfortunately, we experienced a stench of smoke when we returned to our car after a delayed flight in the early hours of the morning. An attempt had been made to conceal it with cheap air freshener to no avail. As non-smokers, it was very disappointing to have our vehicle violated and to end our holiday in this way. We have complained but have been offered no resolution. We would never trust them with our car again.

In the whole this was an good experience. I waited for quite a long time for my car to be returned though as it was so busy due to flight cancellations and lots of people picking their cars up as a consequence. Will definitely use the computing though

Underwhelming
Following earlier experiences I specifically requested that the memory settings for seat position,nav,temperature were left alone and only adjusted in a non memory format.Upon collecting the car the seat position in the memory was such that I could not get into the car as the driving position would have suited a 5year old.Temperature settings were 28 passenger and16 for driver and the nav was buried under several sub menus,all of which makes one wonder what else happened to the car whilst it was with maple-best avoided.

We're very sorry to hear that, despite your specific request, your vehicle settings were not returned as you had asked. We appreciate how frustrating this must have been, particularly as you had highlighted your concerns in advance.
Whilst our drivers may need to adjust seats and mirrors to safely move different vehicles, we recognise that memory settings, climate control and navigation preferences should be returned to their original settings wherever possible. We apologise that this did not happen on this occasion.
We would also like to reassure you that customer vehicles are only driven as part of the operational process of moving them to and from our secure storage compounds. We do not use customer vehicles for any other purpose.
Your comments will be passed on to our operations team as a reminder of the importance of returning vehicles with customer settings left exactly as they were found.

LHR car storage for a month
Really good price for T2 LHR park and ride. Straightforward drop off and transfer and pick up was quick.
We parked the car up for a month and the only slight negative was the car had quite a lot of bird poo on pick up, otherwise excellent and we will use again.
