Amazing customer service
We had bought an Ultra Pro binder for a Christmas present, and the quality of some foil detailing on the cover was very poor, abysmally so.
I emailed Ultra Pro and received a very generic reply fobbing me off back to the retailer; I suspect it was a bot, but even so...
Luckily the retailer was Marbelltcg, who take their customer service really seriously. Their email was apologetic (even though it wasn't their product) and warm and human. They straight away offered a refund and this was deposited into my account that day.
I will happily shop with them again for anything Pokemon related, and will loudly recommend them to other parents of children into their Pokemon! It's fair to say I will also advise those parents to stay well clear of Ultra-Pro.
Good customer service shouldn't be this rare. Well done, Mabelltcg, and thank you.

Fast Shipping and well packaged!
Shipping was fast and never have any issues with my purchases from marbell. I just wish it stated the vileplume was a holo because I was hoping it was the none holo and it didn't state if it was either a holo or none holo rare

Marbelltcg are brilliant
Marbelltcg are brilliant and very caring towards the card collecting community. Me and my little brother collect pokemon cards as a hobby, however with scalpers and everything on retail going out of stock in minutes it's nice to actually purchase these sets.
And finally one last thanks to them for giving us a free card with our purchase me and my brother were ecstatic when we added it to our collection.

Excellent Service
I placed an order on the 24th October, the package arrived on the 29th. Unfortunately there were 2 items missing, I took some photos and emailed the team (this was after opening hours so I did not expect a reply for at least 2-3 working days), I know mistakes can happen so just wondered if the other items may be coming separately, so wanted to clarify as it stated it would come in 1 box. This was also an order I had placed for my nephews birthday (November 6th, I received a response the following day, 30th, apologising for the mix up and that they would rectify this and send the missing items out. The items arrived on the 1st November and the team were so lovely and even put some freebies in there. I am extremely happy with the service I received and how quickly this was rectified, a big shout out to the whole team. My nephew will be so excited to unwrap these :)

Scalpers, basically
Used to be good for getting Pokemon TCG products for a good price but now have become another store that has succumbed to greed with massively overinflated prices from distribution, just to profit off the popularity. Some wonderful examples:
Mega Charizard UPC - £124.99 RRP, their price - £229.99
Mega Battle Decks - £14.99 RRP, their price - £22.50
Mega Evolution ETB - £49.99 RRP, their price - £69.99
For the sake of the Pokemon community, I'd urge all customers to avoid doing business with this ilk or it will never get better. :)

We enjoy receiving reviews, reading reviews, and taking onboard customers feedback, we are open to trying new things and often end up making changes based on feedback received. Testament to our commitment to our customers is evident in that, 99.6% of our customers have left a 4* or above review with over 250 reviews across our selling platforms, it was 100% prior to the review that you left, again, a review not related to an order.
There are often times we may not disagree with something a business is doing, we do not then leave them a bad review in an attempt to damage reputation, we respect the way the business decides to run their business and we simply go to a business that serves our needs at that time. Businesses operate in different ways, for different reasons. Not sure if you have operated a business before, but if we listed everything on our site at RRP, we would not have any product available as it would be bought out by bots within seconds. Also, the amount of product we receive plays a big part, we are a business and we have monthly overheads, when you are expecting 12 cases of a product and receive 1 case... you can figure it out.. There is simply not nearly enough supply to meet demand and until there is, getting products at RRP will continue to be extremely difficult. We would love to receive cases and cases of booster boxes, we would sell them under RRP if we could, we did sell under RRP for a while, Scarlet & Violet base set we sold at £124.99, Paradox Rift and Temporal Forces we sold for £129.99 - £139.99.
Related to us being "Scalpers" and referring to MarbellTCG as an "Ick", which is a very damaging statement to make.
Are you aware that for Journey Together, Destined Rivals and Mega Evolutions we sold 95% of our booster boxes at RRP (£154.99)? The 5% that we sold over was due to us purchasing this product at Card Shows from trusted vendors, whereby we traded items and we paid over RRP.
Furthermore, for the release of Phantasmal Flames, we have set up a targeted customer segment whereby we will be emailing our top 5% of customers early allowing them to place pre-orders at RRP as if we list it on the site at RRP it will sell out instantly, all to bots.
Again, we appreciate all customer reviews but in this particular case we feel that the review is unfair and very disappointing with it being our first ever 1* review which we would accept if we sent faulty product or did not offer excellent customer service but this review is not even related to an order that you have made. We would appreciate if you could reflect on the review especially as you have shopped with us in the past according "Used to be good for getting Pokemon TCG products for a good price". When you used to shop with us, why did you not leave us a review then? You were clearly happy with our service.
