Smooth Skrill withdrawals

Requested 85 EUR to Skrill after a lucky session. Arrived next day which was faster than expected honestly. Lost that money the following week. Processing was clean. Weekend requests take longer.

Confusing currency conversion

Loyalty points expired without warning

Had been saving points for a couple months, logged in to redeem them and they were gone. Apparently they expire after 90 days of inactivity, which I didn’t know. A reminder email would’ve been nice. Customer service said sorry but can’t restore them.

Promotions page confusing

There are like five different bonuses listed and I couldn’t figure out which ones I was eligible for. Tried claiming one and got an error. Support explained I had to opt in first, which wasn’t mentioned anywhere. Eventually got it sorted but the UX needs work.

Had around 500 points saved up and logged in today to find them reset to zero. No explanation, no email. Support said they expire monthly but I never saw that mentioned. Would’ve used them if I’d known.

Didn’t get weekly reload offer

The promotions page says active players get a reload bonus every Friday. I’ve deposited every week this month and got nothing last Friday. Asked support and they said it’s targeted, not for everyone. Feels like false advertising to list it publicly if only some people get it. Left me disappointed.

KYC took forever

I sent my ID and a bank statement on Monday, didn’t hear anything until Thursday. When I asked support they said it was in the queue. I get that verification is necessary, but four days feels excessive when other places do it in hours. My withdrawal of 120 EUR is still waiting on this to clear.

Can’t reopen closed account

Self-excluded a few months ago during a rough patch. Feeling better now, wanted to reopen with limits in place. Support said exclusion is permanent, no option to reverse even with cooling-off period. I respect responsible gaming but permanent feels harsh.
