This company doesn’t deserve one star! This is a huge scam! I emailed and did get a response from someone called Severine! I returned the bags and the returns address does not exist! The bags were returned to me. Please do not buy! These are heartless people who have no shame scamming people. I cannot believe influences are advertising these bags, they also should be ashamed of themselves too!

Lesson learnt … ALWAYS check the reviews on anything you buy!

Do not order from here. I ordered as I saw an influencer promoting them which looked lovely. The ones I received were tiny and completing squashed they have now lost their shape and the bags are damaged. I have contacted two of their customer service lines about 6 times now and have not received a single response. Worst customer service ever.

Wouldn’t even give them a one but can’t give anymore! Absolute scam artists took months to arrive and then regardless how much you spent, the bags were literally falling apart, tiny and disgraceful! The bag promoted by the influencer was lovely but not in anyway at all the bay that was sent!! Scammers!!!!!

Same as everyone else, influencers advertised and received the horrendous bags, I even returned them as instructed and still no payment back. Awful company.

Still waiting for my order. They have stopped replying to my emails. I have contacted my bank today and am I'm process of doing a charge back.

I didn’t even want to give them 1 star. Complete scam!! Ordered 3 bags on Black Friday as Instagram ‘influencers’ were advertising them, why would you advertise something that’s a scam!? The bags turned up 4 weeks later and literally looked like children’s dress up bags .... don’t think even a child would have appreciated them! Don’t fall for it.

Total scam - same as every other review, saw the bags advertised in Black Friday sale by instagram Influencers. The bag arrived after 6 weeks in a tiny folded up parcel. The bag is the size of my hand and nothing at all like the picture. This company must have made so much money with the orders from black friday and it is a total scam. So disappointed and angry that influencers are bad to advertise products like this.

I too got scammed! Recieved 2 bags after waiting nearly 7 weeks they are absolute rubbish!! I wouldn’t give them my 12 year old daughter.... you couldn’t even fit a phone in them. I’ve contacted my bank and they are dealing with my refund as Marceau keeps ignoring!!

PARCEL OF NIGHTMARES. £60 down the drain. Fuming isn't the word. Honestly a 6 year old would make better. I ordered 6 of these bags as Christmas presents and honestly they are for the fire is the only way to describe them. STAY AWAY. ABSOLUTE SCAM. Going to try return but judging from the previous comments seems unlikely. Look nothing like the pictures or the videos from the social influences promoting them.

If I could put 0 I would ... This company is an absolute disgrace,Chloe ferry has been advertising them on snap chat saying how great they are loads of compartments very spacious ... When in fact they are an absolute disgrace I could make it better ... I bought 4 as Xmas presents but could not give them to anyone. I have emailed the company and had no response in fact 2 bags came on 23rd December and the other turned up on the 3rd January which all were bought together... This is a total scam

If I could leave zero stars I would! I have been well and truly conned! Like others, I saw the bags being advertised on Instagram by Amber Davies, the bag looked incredible and I thought these would be amazing as Christmas gifts. I ordered two and was told they would be delivered between 14th December and 22nd December. These would be too late for me to post out. I emailed them and asked for their returns and refund policy so that when the bags eventually arrived, I could return them and get a full refund. All I got back was how to track my order. The tracking system says that my order has been delivered - it has not. I have emailed the company twice asking for my money back and have heard nothing. Absolutely disgusting - avoid this company at all costs and read the reviews on here before purchasing - I wish I did!

This company is absolutely awful. I would rate them 0 stars if I could. I bought 3 bags for my mum for Christmas at the start of DECEMBER bare in mind it is January now and i have emailed them 3 times since and the bags still haven’t came. Ive asked for a refund and Ive asked if the bags were ever actually going to come and Ive had absolutely no reply. They have no customer service it is shocking. I’m a student with no job I can not afford to lose this money. I really don’t know what to do to get my money back.

As per previous reviews that I have read it goes without saying if I could give zero stars I would...this company is nothing but a con!!! I wish I had given the money to charity!!!My daughter had seen the bags advertised on Instagram and had mentioned to me and thought they would be good Christmas gifts as I have not been working since the end of February as I had been hospitalised due to the coronavirus and other sicknesses throughout the year and thought that the bags looked fantastic the way they were shown and packaged but unfortunately when they eventually came after saying they were delivered two weeks prior they were squashed in a little plastic bag and we had to put them together they were nothing as advertised and they were various sizes and horrible styles and I felt so annoyed and embarrassed that I/we have been caught out!! Please take the time to read the reviews before purchasing anything from this company and if it has taught me anything it’s to be a little bit more cautious in the future thank you trust pilot for giving me the opportunity to view my opinions of this company!!!

I didn’t even want to give this company 1 star, I saw these bags being advertised by Katie Price on Instagram and the bag she held in her hand looked amazing and great quality so I ordered 3 straight away for Christmas presents, I’m still yet to receive these! My ordered status says delivered so I emailed the company to let them know that I hadn’t received anything and I got an automated message telling me COVID had made deliveries slow and that a bug in their system was showing orders to be delivered and that mine would be on the way, i have emailed 3 more times and received no email back! I even messaged Katie Price on Instagram to let her know that she is promoting scammers, I know she won’t get back to me but I hoped she may see it???

I have been well and truly conned. These bags look nothing as they were advertised and there is no way they are worth £79. I used the discount code shared by Amber Davies on her Instagram page. It upsets me that celebrities advertise knowing. What very little disposable income I have was wasted and I’m so very disappointed. Please do not buy from this company. Oh and I have complained via their website but have heard nothing...surprise, surprise

Not worthy of any stars, shocking company and influencers should be ashamed that they are promoting these bags. I, like many others had been tricked into thinking these were high quality bags when infact what you are sent is not worth the postage.

If I could give zero stars to this company I would. Just like many others I noticed this company on Amber Davies and a few other influencers Instagram over black Friday. They were advertising £90 bags reduced to £10. The bags that they were showing in the adverts WERE NOT the bags I received. I have received absolute trash to say the least, I would never ever pay for these. These bags are from China and are honestly the worst bags I've ever seen. I have sent an email about obtaining a full refund but I am certain we wont get anywhere. The influencers that put us all in this mess should be helping us to get out of it, shocking!!!!

I also have been scammed by this company, claiming there from Paris but truth of it is there from China. I purchased 16 bags and im not happy. I wanted to give them as Christmas presents to my daughters and nieces, sister in laws etc. But the items still haven't arrived so there goes that idea. After reading everyone's reviews, I'm fuming if it were 1 or even 3 bags i would have left it but seeing i bought so many i couldnt just lose my money, so I just rang my credit card company and there going to try get my money back as its a fraudulent website and scammed all of us. So if you have purchased these items through your credit card company, its worth calling them and explaining what happened. I tried everything to get a refund, I emailed them, my email bounced back. I tried to contact them through there website, no reply. Even there website now is saying all bags are sold out. I cant believe how professional it all looked. I hope we get some sort of refund. Ordered 2 bags after seeing that Chloe Elizabeth on Instagram was advertising them. The bag she received looked a nice size and good quality. As soon as I ordered them I realized it was a scam. No way was a designer bag company selling £90 handbags for £10. I emailed the company straight away asking to cancel my order. I also cancelled my card that I used as I don’t trust a dodgy company with my card details. I was shocked that they actually did email be back and issued me my refund which I have received. None the less. I can’t believe I got scammed into ordering these bags! I 100% will never order anything these influencers promote ever again since they clearly don’t do any research into the brands! After reading all these reviews Im glad I listened to my gut! If it sounds too good to be true then it usually is!!

I didn’t even want to give this site 1 star, I can’t emphasise enough to people the cheap quality these bags are. My daughter bought 3 from them & was too embarrassed to show me the bags because they were atrocious, you could pull them apart they are so cheaply made. The 3 bags were squashed into 1 small plastic bag when they arrived. Do not waste your money.
