My mum and I came across this restaurant, willing to try this place for our first time. We were waiting patiently for service for about 5 minutes. I must stress that the restaurant was not busy at all. There were 3 waitresses hanging around doing nothing at the back. My mum tried to make eye contact with the waitresses, but it was not enough so she waved for attention. A waitress finally saw us. Unfortunately, we were met by a very unwelcoming attitude, looking very irritated of our existence. She gave us the menu, but we decided to leave at once, as we felt so unwelcome.

We do not tolerate this poor level of service.

Avoid this restaurant if you don’t want to be treated so poorly.

FYI - We went to “ Café Cuckoo’s Nest in Odense instead. We were treated so well. The staffs were super friendly and welcoming - we were seated immediately, despite being busier than the other.

Like heaven, compared to Marcello.

Visited the sønderborg restaurant the 7/6 around 19:00. The restaurant was about half way full.

Me and my partner waited to be seated at the entrance/bar for around 10-15 minutes. There was a waiter literally standing behind the bar drinking water and doing nothing. Multiple waiters kept looking at us, restaurant wasn't super busy but still nobody seated us. After 10-15 minutes of waiting I went to the toilet and took a MASSIVE DUMP in the toilet and then went to a neighboring restaurant were we got service immediately.

Will do my best to avoid the restaurant in the future at all costs. :)

This service is very good and they are very kind to people
And the pizza is a amazing
