I had first discovered Marcel web when…
I had first discovered Marcel web when I was searching for a company which provides a domain as well as create websites for other companies and i had seen good review on this website I was initially on local web however the customer service was not that great as I would be on hold for long periods of time as well as the team respond very late. When I had made the switch to Marcel web however the customer service was great they had listened to my ideas as well as how id like the website to look and they had got back to me in a day or 2 and had shown me the website in which I approve it has exactly all the aspects I was looking for as they had listened to me and had provided my needs as well as give me quick and simple training which has benefitted me.

They came up with a design that mirrored my ideas and a lay out that I’m super happy with. I can’t fault them. But, not only that, they were patient when I was indecisive and always took the time to discuss my needs. I’m very thankful. They also encouraged me to have a wider vision for my business, and showed me how to focus on seeing this site as something that can grow in ways that I’d not previously thought about. Marcelweb build us a new website
Marcelweb resolved all the issues I had in the past with website responsiveness. Now I have a website optimised for desktop, tablet and most importantly mobile. The technology they use also load up websites at the best Google standards, ensuring the best experience to your site visitors.
I particularly appreciate the possibility of being able to make any change myself to the website, given the incredible usability of Marcelweb platform. It is so intuitive that is great also for beginners!
Kudos also for having a dedicated always-available account manager, for constant support
