Shambolic
After a very long and in depth conversation with customer services about which jacket I wanted, and to be told it was in stock it was surprising when the wrong jacket turned up - again. Albeit first time round it was from Heritage Scotland but same group and same customer service. Place is a complete shambles. Also offered a 40% refund if I kept the jacket the first time around. You couldn’t make this up.

Absolutely rubbish
Absolutely rubbish. The pin fell away from the back of the brooch within seconds of taking it off the padded wrap it arrived on. Disappointing. Not worth returning it.
