Still waiting on refund

I ordered a Marc Jacobs purse on November 14, 2023. When I received the purse it looked as if it had been used so I sent it back on December 9, 2023 they received it December 14, 2023. Today is January 7, 2024 and I am still waiting on my refund because they said I have to wait 30 days for it to be processed when it did not take 30 days for them to take the money out of my bank. Every time I call the person says it’s on its way to being processed. Another person said I should have had it between December 24th and December 29th here today is January 7th and still I was told it can take up to 30 days. This is not my first time purchasing Marc Jacobs purses,( which I have never had a problem) but I really think it will be my last time.

Don’t ever buy something from that…

Don’t ever buy something from that homepage. I see that almost everyone in here has same experience. Bought a bag to my daughter for Christmas and HAD to pay tax because it came to my country (which I never do) and now when I got it, it was a broken sunglasses.

I had my first encounter with the customer service representative from hell

I had my first encounter with the customer service representative from hell who happens to work for Mark Jacobs. I can say that she’s one of the rudest representative that I’ve come across. Her name is Natalie … She literally hung up on me because I still had questions she wasn’t able to answers. “Listen, there are 2 supervisors working on your case so you’ll have to take it from there ok? Have a nice day! Bye!” Those were her words!
You would think that for the name Mark Jacob, and for their reputation they will take more time into vetting who they hire to work for them. Very disappointing 😡😡😡

You thieving little scum bag

I’m not usually one to complain but the size of these miniature Marc Jacob’s is an absolute joke

Nothing like the size printed on the box and no spray nozzle.

Can’t get a refund now as the box has been opened

Made me look like a Cnut on Christmas Day

Sent the wrong item

Sent the wrong item, even the price was different. I ordered the necklace and received the bracelet. I used the chat feature and they couldn't help me at all. They just gave me an email address. I emailed and got an automatic response that they had many emails and it would be 3-5 days until I received a response. When I did they told me to send a photo of the wrong item and the return label. I am still not clear if I will get the necklace or a refund or? This was my daughter's main Christmas present and she was so disappointed when she opened it.

Ghosted by Marc Jacobs

I ordered a leather tote bag from Marc Jacobs as a Christmas gift however received the completely wrong item which was not even the same price as what I paid. I am international and reached out however have been ghosted ever since. A lot of money wasted for a product I didn’t ask for.

Rude Customer Service

Marc Jacobs really needs to work on their customer service. They are are extremely rude. And don't care about their customers. You would think after spending the money we are spending, they'd be a little nicer.

I got a Marc Jacobs leather Tote bag…

I got a Marc Jacobs leather Tote bag for Christmas and have been disappointed with the quality. It is an expensive bag which I have had just less than one year and the handle has split. They say it is not covered under warranty and they offer no repair options in the UK. They offered a 15% discount on my next order which is a joke. Very disappointed in the product and in their customer service. Very disappointed they just accept their bags last less than 1 year. I would not recommend the product.

I got a JMarc bag from their London…

I got a JMarc bag from their London Regents St store back in April of this year. I took it with me travelling and the humidity in Asia caused a lot of colour transfer to it. My eggshell bag now has green patches on it - it looks terrible- and the Marc Jacobs warranty won’t cover colour transfer. If this was a high quality product, the colour transfer wouldn’t have happened as my cheaper Furla had no issues!
Now I have to pay £85 from my own pocket to repair a bad quality product. Never buying from Marc Jacobs again!

Ordered a bag on Marc Jacob’s website &…

Ordered a bag on Marc Jacob’s website & basically due to their system error it ended up with two bags being ordered. When I contacted them to cancel the second bag as soon as this happened, I was told they couldn’t cancel the bag as it had already been processed… within minutes of the order. So now I’m getting charged £16 for a return of the bag. No communication from Marc Jacob’s, even when I’ve raised a complaint. I won’t be ordering from Marc Jacob’s again. Shocking customer service.

Terrible products and terrible customer…

Terrible products and terrible customer service. Do not order here. My tote bag looks terrible after wearing it only for a few months. Started a warranty case and got a 15% discount code instead of a replacement which is obviously a joke. Especially when looking at European warranty standards. Terrible, terrible experience and they treat their customers with a kick in the butt and bad quality products.

Nope, Never Again

Wow! Wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing from this company who clearly has valuing their customers at the bottom of their list of standards. I ordered two items on Black Friday which were canceled a week later due to stocking shortages. I contacted customer and asked to be granted the sale prices once the items returned to stock but was told they would not be able to do that. I will never purchase another Marc Jacobs ANYTHING!

I just purchased the silver metallic MJ slides

I just purchased the silver metallic MJ slides. Wore them on Thanksgiving to my families gathering and I was so dissapointed. Just one day in wearing them the metallic coloring has rubbed off the inside sole under my feet. I am horrified with just a one day purchase :( that is clearly not acceptable for a $250 shoe

Waiting for my refund for more then 2 months

I made a return of a bag in September. Marc Jacob's facility received the return on Sep-12 . I have called them thrice to get my refund back of 650 dollars. every time they say it will take another 1-2 weeks to get my return back .

It has been more than 2 months now and haven't got my return back.

I have never experienced such a bad experience for any retail site in processing the refund.

I will never ever make a purchase with them again in future .

Items not guaranteed even after purchase

Attempted to purchase a pair of shoes from the Dr. Martens collab TWICE. Both times the size was available, my payment was accepted, and then my order was cancelled due to lack of stock 1-3 days later. This time, my order was cancelled and the size I purchased immediately showed as in stock on the website again. I emailed and they replied with a generic explanation that there are none in stock. Well maybe the website should reflect that. Shocking experience from a well-known brand's direct website.

This is my second bag I received which…

This is my second bag I received which was birthday gift from close friend. The bag came in with mold all over it twice. The first time went to Neiman Marcus to get an exchange they wouldn’t take it they said I had to send it back via postal. No problem I can do that end up calling customer support which made me repurchase the bag and would issue a refund when I sent the damaged bag back. Did all that and it still sent me a back a bag will mold all over the bag. Will be contacting Marc Jacobs and Neiman Marcus about this. Truly disappointed about my gift. My birthday was in September and still haven’t been able to enjoy my birthday gift.

Tote bag received - covered in MOLD!!!!

I received the large tote bag just over two weeks ago COVERED in MOLD!!!
It was disgusting and obviously very disappointing as the bag was a birthday gift. I have reached out several times for a resolution with no sense of urgency in response. The fulfillment company was prompt and professional but even then it has been one week since the matter was apparently escalated to management.
Quality and customer satisfaction are not a priority. My entire experience from the receipt of the contaminated bag to the utter lack of accountability are a shocking reflection of what this brand has now become.
Be warned.

Warning to anyone whos considering buying their bags! They have no warranty or policies for any faulty products it’s shocking for such expensive products 😱

In my case I bought two very expensive totes, the black one faded in weeks and they can do nothing.
