Stolen and ghosted
I bought a necklace six months ago and didn't receive it. I try to contact the company but no one respond. Very bad experience
While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

I’ve ordered an art print and have reached out multiple times over email, gallery website and instagram. Zero response. No refund. Guy practically stole my money.
I purchased a sculpture from Marcos Alvarado for $350 and unfortunately had a deeply disappointing experience. When the piece arrived, it looked nothing like what was shown online—much larger than described, with a very sloppy paint job. There were visible paint streaks, dried puddles, and clumps, especially in the grooves of the sculpture. Despite my disappointment, I decided to keep it, thinking I was supporting an independent artist.
I placed it on a shelf and never moved it. I even dusted around it gently. A little later, I was sitting nearby when it suddenly snapped in half and collapsed—completely unprovoked. No impact, no fall, no misuse. Just poor craftsmanship.
I contacted Marcos on Instagram (from two accounts), via his multiple email addresses, and through the contact form on his website—no response. Not even an acknowledgment. Eventually, I gave up and threw the piece away.
This is not art. It’s mass-produced, low-quality, and not built to last. And the lack of accountability from the artist makes it even worse. Definitely not worth your money or support.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a blanket on black Friday and have not received it or any updates at all on it (it’s been TWO MONTHS). I have reached out over 8 times now and received ZERO response. I am extremely disappointed because I loved his art but his business practices are horrible. I would not recommend to anyone I know. Save your money and buy from someone that will actually communicate and ship out your products.
