I had hope to receive a good deal…wrong
I had hope to receive a good deal online for a nightstand and was in disbelief when I found one on marcushopy.com, but like the saying goes “a little too good to be true.” I had received an email shortly after making my purchase that it would be delivered soon and a follow up email would be sent with tracking number, and because the website actually had a option to track order I believed it was legit. Wrong! I waited a 10 days and not one email, not even in my junk mail could I find a follow up email. So I did what any normal concern customer would and wrote a email to customer service and I still have yet to hear back. End of story don’t order from this website! And file a claim right away with bank because according to bank policy it can take up to 60 days for a return.
