Oleg has listened to me and my design and transferred that into two quotes, using different door colors, very quickly. The 2D and 3D drawings are very helpful in being able to go over the design

We ordered a vanity and it arrived being built to the wrong dimensions of the approved shop drawing. We requested the right size and all we got excuse after excuse (we can't find plywood was the best). They stopped responding and we never received the correct product or a refund.

Choosing Marfa is one of the most regrettable decisions I have ever made in home remodeling. From the moment I paid them, the company failed to deliver on any promise/claim including timing, the product itself, and now that the cabinet paint job is peeling and chipping off in less than a year, their warranty. Raquel is an excellent resource. Our virtual meeting was thorough and she did an amazing job of capturing my aesthetic and discussing options. The design was prompt and our round of edits and follow up went well. Highly recommend working with Raquel and Marfa.

The computer program is limited when it comes to showing you exactly how it will look.
I feel like a grasp of the price but it’s always nice to be certain. I received a couple samples and I am a little concerned that the higher end products look like plastic.

It has been more than a 10 days after the initial design I emailed the designer about what I want for my kitchen but I still have not heard back from him or anyone else from Marfa. I called and spoke to project manager on the phone and she told me they are working on it and I should receive the design by last Friday. And yet again nothing! Very disappointed and dissatisfied.

I couldn’t be happier, working with Marta on my kitchen design and her attentive attitude towards my needs and the details is exceptional.great team and am sure my new kitchen will be amazing .

Designer we worked with clearly didn’t have the time to properly dedicate to us for even a simple renovation. On our second call when expecting renderings, she started the conversation as if we never met. Call after call and nothing accomplished. Quality of samples we received wasn’t great and nowhere to actually see the quality made it difficult to believe what we were being told. Wasted weeks on a kitchen renovation that should have been fairly simple. Website and catalog are dated and nothing seems user friendly. Even posts on Instagram don’t refer to color or style of cabinet. Poor marketing. Company not spending money in the right places. Can definitely go to other companies for the same cabinets.
