A company that rips their customers off!
Please do not deal with this company, they mislead you and tell you everything is ok and then send you an invoice with fees that they said they would pay.
They ignore your calls, customer service is very poor!
DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!

Have been with Tectah for a while now, and have no complaints. Any issues are resolved promptly and there rates can't be beaten. Excellent service

So had their equipment for over three years after signing up for three years. Card terminal failed in March 2024 and has still not been replaced. Till has now since failed and they will not replace. This has been ongoing now since March 2024 and so now have cancelled my direct debit payment which the first one was due today. By "coincidence" this has now generated in a call to which they admitted it being unacceptable to wait this long and asked what they could do. I informed them to collect their rented equipment as I am out of contract and their response was that I will now have my credit rating affected.
I have fulfilled my contractual obligations and payments throughout yet they will not cancel and collect their equipment

Edit in response to Andrew: You called yesterday and basically said that you will send the account to the collections department and that I will personally become blacklisted. The problems are that the card machine became faulty in MARCH 2024 and in MAY 2024 the till terminal failed. Your response was not to replace the card terminal "as none were in stock" (yet the company advertises they are available for new customers) Failed terminal, again no response "as windows issue"
Lets be clear - the equipment is RENTED - the contract has ENDED and you will NOT accept the equipment back without CHARGES for RESTOCKING amounting to THOUSANDS.

Rubbish company no customer service at all please do not join this company i have account with them past 2 years have problem with my system so many time they can not fix it because they are middle man they dont have own service card payment is provide by different compnay epose hardware provide by different company software provide by different company so they dont have any answer and help with technical support
