Ppl beware of this scam site n dr's working in it's collabiration

OMG, Never thought such kinda mismanagement n. scam can happen in daylight. I booked Dr Fatma psychiatrist out of many in list just because marham was showing her availability in the morning , I was happily booked at 10:15 on 31st of july , fee was paid (3000) n I was informed half an hour later that Dr was not available so appointment rescheduled in the evening, I protested n asked for cancellation along with return of fee n was denied the return that it was possible after two days.anyway I insisted on return of money immediately but agent started offering other availability drs that I didn't consent on,then they booked another one without letting me know ,meanwhile I lost connectivity due to power failure n they just called me right few minutes before appointment time n said your money has gone to appointee Dr that can't b returned n because ya didn't pick the call being made by Dr so every thing is gone along with fee money....and here I am without consultation, without prescription or meds but with my hard earned money that s stolen by this scam web site, I highly recommend that this site should be audited, closed n be made accountable for deceiving ailing patients in the name of facilitating health care.

Really bad experience with Maryam Anwar gynaecologist

I am writing to raise a serious concern regarding Dr. Maryam Anwar, who is listed on your platform. Based on my personal experience, I found her to be highly irresponsible and unethical in her approach to patient care.

Her behavior not only reflects poorly on her as a medical professional but also damages the credibility of Marham as a trusted healthcare platform. As patients, we rely on Marham to connect us with competent and ethical doctors. Unfortunately, Dr. Maryam Anwar's conduct fell far short of professional standards.

I request that you investigate this matter seriously and take appropriate action to ensure other patients are not subjected to similar experiences. I also suggest that Marham strengthen its review and monitoring system to maintain the quality and reliability of its services.

A Complete Scam

A Complete Scam! Lost My Money Despite Payment!

I recently booked an appointment with Dr. Shehla Ahmed for 19th April 2025 at 3:15 PM via Marham.pk and paid 1,000 PKR. After logging in with my registered number, I found no appointment details listed on my dashboard.

I called Marham.pk’s support four times from the same number used for booking. Here’s what happened:
- Call 1: They asked me to log in and out of the app—no change.
- Call 2: They asked me to wait indefinitely with no resolution.
- Call 3: The agent **admitted they received my payment** but did nothing to resolve the issue.
- Call 4: They refused to process a refund, claiming there was nothing they could do.

This experience has been frustrating and unprofessional. The platform deducts payments but fails to deliver services or refunds. After researching, I found numerous complaints about similar scams on this platform. Marham.pk seems to operate on a large scale, exploiting users and damaging doctors’ reputations.

Do not trust Marham.pk with your payments or personal information. They are unresponsive, dishonest, and prioritize profits over customer rights.

**Update**: I have filed complaints with the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) and the Pakistan Consumer Protection Authority. I advise others to avoid this platform entirely.

I am listing out my experience with them as of 9th January 2025 - 45 minutes of my life were wasted waiting for the Dr on the app where he never showed up, I had made a booking early morning 11 am and paid in advance, the booking was for 4 pm first and that didn’t work, then I was told that it will happen @ 6 pm and that didn’t work. I've tried using this app three times

I've tried using this app three times, and each time has been a disappointment. The first time, the appointment I booked was delayed for days, causing a lot of stress and communication gaps. The second time, the doctor I scheduled an appointment with wasn’t even available on the day of the appointment. The third and final time, I paid 3500, but no doctor showed up on time, and I never received a refund.I was very excited when I first discovered this app, but it clearly needs a lot of improvement. As it stands, this app is coming across as fraudulent.

This is Sajjad and i booked online consultation with Doctor Assistant prof Tanveer Ahmed through Marham. Doc didn't show up for 2 hours, Marham rescheduled my appointment but no sign of doc. Their doctor are so unprofessional and so does Marham. They only care about money, i would say they are pathetic.
