Requested a refund as the ordered dress I received looked NOtHING like the advertised dress. They put me in an endless loop of providing information over and over and then offering a 20% refund which I exasperatedly accepted only to never receive the refund! I will NEVER order from them or any company like them. They are HORRIBLE!

Poor quality, looks and fits cheap, not sent what was pictured, wrong size.

This company is a scam. I ordered one dress and they added another dress to my order and charged me. I received the dresses and they look like garbage. I reported this company to reportfraud.ftc.gov

I fell for yet another 'front' business with a US address, actually just selling items from China. I have no problem with the concept but what they don't say on their website is that IF you want to return (like because the actual color is nothing like the picture), we will have to fill out an extensive form, take pictures, get approval, only to find out that you have to ship back to CHINA. Alternatively, they will give you 20% of your money back. THIS IS A SCAM -- don't buy from them

I would give this company less than a one star if I could. When I saw this dress advertised online I thought it was really cute so decided to order it. When it finally came it was supposed to be in a cotton gauze material but instead it was an ugly polyester. I wouldn’t wear this dress for Halloween trick or treating. I finally got ahold of this company to return the dress and they said they would refund 20% of the cost of the dress and I would have to send it back to China. 20% of the dress would be about $7. Then they said I would have to pay the postage to China and I decided I would end up losing money. Please do not buy anything from this terrible company. It is a sham!

I never got my packages. 3 shoes ordered and none got delivered after 6 weeks wait and sending emails

If I could give a minus 10 I would. They advertise no hassle returns....that is a compete joke! You have to ship to China with all this stupid documentation. There are no live human beings you get to talk with.all communication is with a chat bot. The dress i ordered is the poorest quality material and does not fit. I have spent over a period of days going back and forth with a chat bot, getting absolutely no where.
BEWARE THIS IS A SCAMMY COMPANY !

The item is not what is pictured or described and the returns are absolutely impossible. You have to send the stuff back to China which cost more than the item. You do not get your money back. You get a store credit and it's a total scam. To return something, you have to jump through a bunch of hoops and then don't guarantee that they're even going to accept it based on their availability? Stay away from this company.

As others have stated, it is a scam, and they put you through an endless loop of pre-written, boilerplate emails while you’re trying to return an item or get a refund. You won’t find it anywhere on their site, but they only offer store credit as a refund for the extremely cheap products they send you.

It’s annoying, but keep pushing them. Keep having them send those ridiculous email responses. You’ll need them when you inevitably file a dispute with your credit card company to get a proper refund.

Good luck to everyone dealing with this, and to anyone thinking about buying: AVOID at all costs.

It's been 6 weeks and still no delivery and after reading
these other reviews; I can only imagine the quality. Guess I'll be lining the bird cage with some very expensive dresses. I've learned my lesson-no more on line orders unless from stores like Macys or Nordstrom

Ordered 2 pair of suede pumps. One pair shoes are
different sizes and one pair is plastic not suede.
I feel bad donating them unless you wear 2 different
sizes of shoes. Bad quality. Do not buy!

Shoes made in Asia. Poor quality. BS customer service. Takes 2 months to get order - if you get it.

SCAM - don't fall for it. I ordered a cotton/linen Boho dress and got something made in cheap plastic fabric 6 weeks later like the stuff sold on Temu for a fraction of the price. This is a store in China posing as USA business who has figured out how to scam dollars.

That 90 day refund policy is another brilliant scam. I had to fill out two rounds of paperwork requesting personal information only to find out they don't give refunds. They give store credits for a fraction of what I spent.

I must admit this is one of the more creative scams I've seen that feeds on America's insatiable addiction to buying stuff.

It took over a month to get this crap! No other way to describe the horrible looking and smelling “shoes” I have recieved. Materials is cheap and smells like chemical plant, the shoes are made uneven and when you look you know it is nothing like the photo on website. Then you try to return and they put you through hell,
Requiring to fill out forms w information and explanation and redundant question they already have on file.
What a scam! Do not do business w those clowns.

Very poor customer service.
I ordered an item of clothing from them. It took close to a month to arrive,and when it did it was the incorrect size.
I have sent various emails regarding delivery dates and in my eyes faulty goods.
Their response is that they require all my details before offering a refund.
I find everytime I contact them they have various excuses for the delay and wrong sizing.
I would definitely NOT recommend this company.

Don’t order from here. Ordered a sweater which is way too small (ordered a large which is what I usually wear). Asked to return and was made to fill out two forms. Only to then be told it would have to be sent back to China at my cost with additional documents requires.
Or they gave me and offer of 20% off a different order.
Never again.

Horrible company. The shoes I ordered were advertised as orthopedic but definitely were NOT. Sizing was also off. They looked like plastic and not leather. I’ve been trying to return them for a week with no success. The company has asked me to complete one form for the return, which I did, but now they’re asking me to complete yet another form that will contain almost identical information. So frustrating. An awful company. Do not order from them!!! I will probably end up paying $30 to ship them back to China!!!

If I could give a zero I would. The products stink like gasoline, the sizing is completely wrong and the return process is terrible. They ask you to fill out a PDF which is not fillable so you have to print it out and write answers to the questions then scan it and send it back. Horrible customer support

Shoes are not at all like the pictures. Very poor quality. Glue visible and definitely NOT orthopedic.
Customer service is quick and efficient. But don’t expect a good return situation. They have to return to China which is costly. Buyer beware.

BEWARE..They buy from Temu and sell for 10 times the cost of prouduct
