What a horrible experience - and it is STILL going on.
I ordered flowers last Christmas which never arrived (the company confirmed the order but did not inform me that they failed to deliver). When I realized and emailed the company in January, they offered to send flowers later that month or else give me my money back.
I confirmed that I didn't want Christmas flowers sent a month late, so they responded they had put in for the credit and would advise their Finance department to give me the refund.

It is now mid May. Still no refund received. Their customer service phone lines have not been working these past months nor do they answer mails sent to either the info or accounts email addresses.
Avoid using this company!

Confirmed the more expensive bouquet and did not notify me of the substitution or bother to replace when I complained. Referred me to their customer terms which allows them to substitute without notice or consent. Offered me 20% discount on next order, which will never be used. Beware!

As it was explained to me by the partner who delivers the order, let's say you pay 200Eur for you order that is made of 100Eur flower bouquet, 33Eur Lindt Chocolates and 66Eur Moet champagne, they contact a local florist and they say to them, we need from you to deliver an order of a total 90Eur, that must include a 30Eur Flower bouquet, a 20Eur Box of Lindt chocolates and a 40Eur Moet.
the local florist has to prepare a 30Eur bouquet, has to send someone to the supermarket to get the Moet bottle and the Lindt chocolates, and hast to deliver free of charge the flowers, this makes the florist with absolutelty no profits and Floramamma with 110Eur profit.
the problem are not the flowers, the problem is that Floramamma is so greedy that they want to have 110% markup on their orders.
the good thing I got to know a honest florist that explained this situation and even showed to me that he was not lying about it and next time I will contact this florist directly to get what I pay for, instead of giving this huge markup to these scammers

Fraudulent website, nobody answers phone or email no matter what time of day you call or message. They take your money and you are out of luck; no recourse. This is not the florist websites like we are used to in the USA. This is a scam. Buyer BEWARE!
