Mariah's label, please hire a professional team managing your store. Had my orders cancelled with no reasons given. Noting these orders are limited collectable items that were up for pre-orders months ago. It's not that hard to type in the right code (right qty) on the website to control the inventory.
This somehow came up on my Google news or whatever feature on my phone

I ordered a copy of Merry Christmas on vinyl on Amazon only to be told it wasn't being shipped after all because of complaints the whole lot was faulty.
I wonder if this was some kind of rumour and the seller was a bit of a **** - anyway never got my record in the end.
Appalling customer service!
I Pre-ordered the Butterfly Anniversary 4LP vinyl edition 8 months ago. The money was taken from me in September 2022. In March 2023 the item still hadn’t arrived and they kept delaying the shipping date. They provided no information/explanation and I had to be the one reaching out to find out where the item was. They would simply respond that they did not have a new date every time.
Now in May, 8 months after pre-ordering the item, I receive an email that the item is no longer available and it will not be sent to me at all. A simple apology and nothing else. The opportunity of having what I purchase is no longer on the table, only a refund or a replacement for a different product.
I’ve spent 8 months with them holding my money, 8 months patiently waiting, while they kept me from buying this edition elsewhere, only to find out now that it will not be shipped at all. It is beyond my comprehension how an item that was pre-ordered, confirmed, how come a pre-ordered item can suddenly become unavailable, when the company knew from the start how many items to make and confirmed they would.
This then prevented me from buying similar edition or the same item elsewhere, which is no longer possible - as the item is sold out everywhere.
This is not the first time I experience something similar with this store, which seems to take our money and wait extremely long periods of time, delay deliveries and not send customers what they purchased.
