Great experience and quality was great for Mariam's Collection items. I have not ordered the "Other Brand". Shipping did not take too long and they were out of stock on some times so they notified me and I got those changed to other items without any issue. Customer service was fast to respond. I get compliments on my abayas all the time!

This company is not good. They switched my size from L to M. The clothes I received are too little to wear on my birthday trip to Dubai. I can’t get my money back, nor will they exchange stating it was my fault. I will never ever do business with this company again. I’d rather order from Amazon than from them.

Our fulfillment system does not automatically change sizes, and orders are packed exactly according to the size chosen by the customer.
We completely understand that the fit may not have worked for you, and we sincerely regret that it affected your plans. However, as stated in our return policy, we’re only able to offer returns or exchanges when there is a confirmed quality or fulfillment error, not when the size selected does not fit as expected.

I wanted to let everyone know about my experience with Mariam's collection team.
Dresses are very cheaply made and not worth money, I purchased 5 dresses and tried to return and seller is REFUSING to return my money to me. Despite many email's I send stated that items are not damaged and I never worn them seller is still refusing to return my money.
How is it fair to keep something you don't like? Every company/seller is able to either do return or swap and Mariam's collection is not willing to do anything to help out. Horrible customer service skills if you ask me, and in all honesty I don't even know company was ran by Muslim's and if they are, I want them to know my money to them is HARAM.

Feedback regarding quality issues is extremely rare for products supplied directly by Mariam’s Collection, and we always encourage customers to check the supplier name before purchasing. For future orders, we sincerely recommend choosing items where the supplier is listed as Mariam’s Collection, as these follow our highest quality standards.
Regarding returns and refunds: our policy is stated clearly and consistently applied.
• If there is a confirmed quality defect, we provide free returns or exchanges — this policy is firm and always honored.

I have had such an amazing experience with them definitely recommended and would shop again from here. The quality of the abayas were gorgeous and it fit perfectly. It was very affordable and I was so pleased that it came with matching hijabs to save me the trouble for looking. The sister was very nice and understanding despite my last minute requests and changes and reassured me she would deliver my parcel ASAP as I was flying out in 3 week. Alhamdulillah it came earlier than I expected and was so beautiful, I was very satisfied.
