Nicolas kom hem till mig

Nicolas kom hem till mig, 79 år, och sålde in ett solcellssystem med batteri och AI-styrning via appen MySigen. Han lovade att investeringen på 67 000 kr (efter skattereduktion) skulle vara återbetald på fyra år tack vare besparingar på elräkningen. Det stämde inte.
Skattereduktionen gällde inte i mitt fall, vilket gav mig en restskatt på 28 000 kr för 2025 och ytterligare ca 15 000 kr för 2026. Totalt 43 000 kr mer än vad jag fick veta.
Dessutom var inställningarna i MySigen felaktiga redan vid installationen, så AI-läget fungerade aldrig som det skulle. Ingen informerade mig om detta och jag fick lösa det på egen hand.
När jag försökte nå Nicolas efter köpet svarade han inte på telefon och ignorerade mina mejl.
Felaktig information om skatt, felaktig installation av systemet och noll uppföljning. Hade jag fått sanningen från början hade jag aldrig köpt detta.
