I made an order on April 22 and on their website it says it should be arriving between 1 to 7 business days in the US. And it has been that long and I still see no update in my order. It has not been shipped yet, and I can’t get a hold of customer service.
I bought two veils from them and didn’t have any issues. Confirmation of purchase and definite follow through in terms of the shipping: where they were, and when they were delivered to my home.Received as expected with no issues.
On Oct 16th, I ordered online from Maria Veils three lace catholic veils. I received an order confirmation, on my bank statement, the money was withdrawn, not held. Starting the 21st, I have emailed two different emails, both the info and help emails, (both emails are out of service), their website AI, as well as contacted on Facebook Messenger and Instagram DMs, no one has responded. I've since taken action by disputing the charge with my bank and reported to BBB on the 28th because of the lack of communication and email errors.
Bad experience they're a foreign company using a US address if you look at the bottom of their site, it's owned by Kvitka firm Inc. They delete compaints on facebook they say their veils are 100% handmade
