Over the top customer service! I accidentally ordered the wrong item, but noticed before it had shipped. I reached out to customer service and they were quick and responsive in helping me modify the order before it shipped.

Another set of gorgeous leather bras from Mariemur!! This time I got the red versions of two bras I already have in black, the Charlotte and the Ari. They are sleek, elegant and luxurious yet sturdy enough to withstand rough use ;)

Mariemur is OUTSTANDING all around. The products are gorgeous, high quality and well-crafted. Long time customer. Recently, I had some hiccups with an order and the team went above and beyond to be helpful and fair. I contacted an associate who took ownership in resolving my issue from start to finish. I understand that things don't always go perfectly but it's companies that care about the customer experience to make it positive and build brand loyalty.

This is my second time ordering from MarieMur, but my first time using the concierge customer service. I am completely impressed and obsessed. Not only do they have quality lingerie, but my experience with customer service was unbelievable! I was unsure about the bra sizing and decided to reach out and see what they say. I was in a bit of hurry due to the sale (and needing it by the next Friday) so I ordered a medium while I waited for a response. I wasn’t expecting such a quick response due to it being a holiday weekend, but Pylyp responded with what size they recommend given my measurements. He recommended I get a large. I saw online they still had stock of large so I asked if I could switch out my order for the large instead. I wasn’t expecting it to be that easy but Pylyp made it happen! Such a refreshing experience all around. Highly recommend! Thank you Pylyp for all your assistance!

Product are great. I sent in an item for a refund. It has been 4 weeks, no contact, no refund. I sent a message, quick response of looking into it. Still no reply on the return.

I ordered a bra, reveived it and wanted to send it back because it did not fit. Mariemur rejected the return request on Feb. 11th. Reason: They told me that "they awarded the wearing instructions" to me (what is not correct). I explained them on Feb. 12th that it does not fit and has nothing to do with "wearing instructions". Until now there was no more answer from mariemur. So this is very bad service in my opinion.

Your products are absolutely gorgeous. I've had items in my shopping cart a few times but have yet to make the purchase, for reasons we won't get into here.
One of your customer service reps reached out to me via email. Who does that?!?!? Great companies do.
Completely unexpected and a little blown away. I honestly can't remember any other company doing anything close to this.
