Scam? I didn’t received a shipping number so far after 6 days. Seems they sell products out of stock if you believe in very friendly emails apologising the delay due to high order numbers.
Nervous about the other similar one star ratings / experience.
But strong Instagram marketing still ongoing. I suppose my gift will not arrive in time. Shipping Costs > 50€ they announced.
Luckily I payed with PayPal and customer protection insurance. But I will wait if they are able to deliver fast. We will see.

I hope to change this review in a positive experience soon.

I addition, I changed from 2⭐️⭐️ to 4⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ because their Customer Happiness Team is impressively responsive and friendly.
Because my order was a deadline present and delivery wasn’t processed in time, I got a 100% refund on my PayPal account.

In addition they flagged the possibility of a delay on their website, after my suggestion, which was awesome und very customer orientated.

I will order again but not under pressure of the delivery date.

Only 4⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ because the order couldn’t be processed as expected in 2 weeks. Happiness team 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

I’ve made an order on the 13th of October and still didn’t received it!! I’ve send the customer service multiple messages which they replied immediately but again and again with promises they don’t live up to. Every time they are selling me a BS story. I can imagine that sometimes you have to wait a little longer, but this is ridiculous and I’m now at a point that I lost all my trust in the company. It feels like I’ve been robbed!! The order was + €200,-. #1851

As a few other reviewers have posted. My item never arrived.

The shipping on their website states 1-4 days and should’ve cost €11.95.

I was charged over double this price €24 and a week later they hadn’t even sent the package. I chased asking where it was, to be given the same story of warehouse issues.

We are now 3 weeks after my order date. With no shipping confirmation, and no closer to receiving my item.

Check the review from the user "Hal" below in September 2022. I made the exact same experience. I ordered something in the second week of October. There was a silence for 2 weeks after the order. Upon inquiring, they said end of October or first week of November I should receive my order. Today, I wrote again on 11th of November and now I have been told a Ukrainian sob story. This seems like an unserious business. Be very careful ordering there. At this point I would like a refund. Let's hope it does not prove to be a scam.

I really love the quality of the leather of my mariemur harness. The level of detail with also the name of the brand on the buckles looks great. I also would like to make a compliment to the customer service, they solved the issue of sending the wrong size in a perfect matter.

Possibly the worst customer experience I ever had online.
Placed an expensive order, after one week of dead silence, I get back to the customer service which apologizes (they are actually quite good at apologies and hocus pocus about love and beauty) and provides a new timeframe for shipping the order. After another week of silence I communicate my wish to cancel the order, to which they ask for another couple days of extra time to fix the issue, which I collaboratively agree to. Once again they disappear. I canceled the order - hope I get my money back at some point but hopes are not high. The brand so far acted like your typical online scam site.

I love Mariemur's site because it's easy to use and intuitive. My only problem is that sometimes I just want to buy one part of a leather set and I can't find it on the various options, but only by using the search bar. The same goes for the colours of an item in particular.
Overall it's great and it's one of my favourite e-commerce sites to navigate on, but there's this tiny tiny thing that I think it needs to be adjusted for users who, unlike me, don't know how to navigate the internet or are new to the site and just want to find that item that they saw elsewhere! It was kinda frustrating at first, to be honest!

I’ve purchased several lingerie items from MarieMur, and I can’t say enough about the high quality lingerie this company produces. In all the best ways, MarieMur’s pieces are the hottest piece lingerie drawer! The quality is outstanding, and each piece is gorgeous and can also be worn all day. I need some support in a 36D/38C bust. The 3 bras I’ve purchased are not only beautiful they’re also comfy. The 1 time I had an issue with an item, the customer service and ease of the exchange is also notable in terms of helpfulness and quick, appropriate response time to correct the issue to my 100% satisfaction. All of this said, my most recent purchase of the Poppy red leather garter set just blows every other company out of the water. It’s simply GORGEOUS! It’s the highest quality I have ever seen. The leather is soft, the hardware is solid and beautiful and it’s just a treat to wear! It’s just stunning, my man’s jaw is still on the floor, and just the expression on his face made the investment completely worth every penny! I couldn’t be more pleased with every single aspect of the purchasing process, customer service, and stunning products. I’m so excited to purchase more leather pieces and lingerie sets from this company and add to my growing collection of gorgeous lingerie from MarieMur!

I have only recently discovered the MM products and fell in love instantly with them. What I mostly like about MM sets, besides the quality and the care for details, is how they make me feel when I wear them.
Sexy and never vulgar, more "powerful" and self confident.
I feel more special to myself when I have them on.

High end brand with high end customer service!
I received a reply to my order query very quickly. They sorted all issues I had with the order I had placed, and reassured me my order was on its way!
It arrived this morning and is absolutely beautiful.

My wife and I had a little issue where we didn't quite understand how the harness was supposed to be buckled. I reached out to the "Mariemur Happiness Team" and they responded within 24 hours with a video of how to wear the harness and top. They want you to have a good experience and it shows.
The quality of the custom product is outstanding, and the leather is top notch.
I have purchased from them twice and will do so again. A great vendor!

I purchased a choker and a harness. The leather quality and the finishings are amazing. A great product that balances price and quality.
I recommend you to buy real leather products over fake or vegan leather, because they simply last much longer, in a long run, more sustainable as well!

I also had a little problem with the stock of 1 item, but the customer service was very handy and helpful! They always tried to answer to my questions and find a solution. Thanks! I will purchase again! Next time maybe a whole set :)

I love ordering from Marie Mur. The quality is always exceptional, and the packaging makes the item seem all the more special. The leather items are crafted thoughtfully and are very comfortable.
