Wrong parts sent .I was told they did not need the wrong parts sent back . They sent the correct parts and then emailed a postage return slip for the wrong parts . I emailed them back how about a discount coupon for future orders and they said no . I think that would of been an easy request . Pat

So far, so good!
Although I have yet to install it, I promptly received my Isotherm refrigeration kit within 3 days, it was intact and undamaged and the shipping was free. Keep in mind d it was the same price as Defender was, it was readily available and the shipping was free.
