Trough my communication with them, I noticed that they are focusing on the important questions during interviews and mantain a friendly and open communication.
If there is any problem whatsoever, they are understanding and quick to help about it.

Although recently, I am no longer in cooperation with the Mariner agency, I feel obliged to leave them a review. The first time as a cadet 6 years ago, their openness, accessibility, willingness to help and adapt to simplify, were of great importance to me as a beginner. And until my last moment with Mariner, the Mariner team have never lost that spirit. Excellent approach with seafarers, they understand their possibilities and limitations, professional and at the same time friendly. They assisted me outside their domain of work and always make extra efforts if a problem arises. I have always enjoyed working with them and I feel bitter that I will not be working with them, at least for the foreseeable future. The whole team is outstanding, and Mrs. Mirjana is an exceptional crewing agent as well as a person. In short, working with them is extremely satisfying.

i must say that Mariner Mustra is agency which gives all the best and make it easy for all crew members during joining and leaving vessel. Also they always inform on time about all expiry documents and certificates and when to renew them with all courses that company is asking and where they organize everything on time. Looking for everything they are all in agency very communicated and makes everything easier as much can be. i can only say thank you for everything and specially during first time embarkation on new company. like i said all personnel is great but Mrs. Mirjana Svilan is for me one of the best i worked with in my 20 years experience and even more.
