You did pretty well. Pump was delivered promptly But there was no communication between acknowledgement of order and its unexpected arrival at my doorstep. It would have been good to be informed of imminent delivery. My telephone enquiry was handled politely and efficiently.

Just want to say thank you Maris Pumps for your help last night, you probably saved half the site from flooding. They delivered me a pump at 10.30pm, when our site was half flooded, they helped set everything up to make sure we got the best out of the pump and the best way to clear all the water. It did the trick and saved our tenants from some serious flooding, very grateful to team Maris!! Thank you all.
